Blue Light Not flashing on ground.

Featured Replies

Hey there,

I have realized that there is no blue light from the lightbar that flashes on the ground. Its only red that flashes everywhere, no sign of blue overall.

Any help please? Thanks

Go to your ELS settings file in your GTA IV folder and scroll down to the cars you want to change the lighting reflection for. If you want Blue change the 0 to 1. For example below this is one of my cars in the ELS settings file. The left half of the light bar will cause a red reflection and the right will be blue.

EX:

[ POLICE ]

Active = 1

Halogen_Only = 0

Color_Light1L = 0

Color_Light2L = 0

Color_Light3R = 1

Color_Light4R = 1

Color_Light7L = 3

Color_Light8C = 3

Color_Light9R = 3

Just asking because I need to make sure. Do you have an ELS enabled car? If not, theres the problem. If so, youll have to play with the settings to see what light the creator assigned to which setting. Good way to do that is open up the menu (ALT+M) and see what boxes light up with each color.

It really shouldn't matter but what car are you guys using?

Also what ninja said - Did you save it correctly by removing the write-protection/read only setting and save it as ELS.ini

It CANNOT be saved as a .txt file
