This impala was made specifically for ELS so I am already assuming you have made config files already. You can optimize it for any slot if needed. So I hope you guys like the model and if you have any questions regarding the model please message me on here. I also plan to have more lighting on the next version of it so if you want to keep up to date with the model follow it or follow me on my profile. If someone can find who made the antenna so I can give them proper credits that would be appreciated.

Los Santos County Sheriffs Office Pack. This pack includes a Crown Victoria and Tahoe, with working spotlights, takedowns/scene lights and cruise lights.

Includes full interior equipment.

If you dont install the vehicles.meta line then the lightbar glass on the Tahoe will be dark.
 
If you are using RDE download the rde version, if not download the non-rde version
Known bugs:
to make the spotlights work i had to move the dummy on top of the driver seats, therefore when at a distance looking into the car you may see something like this

I've been wanting to make a pack for a long time, and with ELS now released this is possible! 
Here are some models based on Snohomish County Sheriff, WA.  This pack currently includes a 2011 CVPI, 2013 FPIU, 2015 Tahoe, and a 2016 FPIU. Complete with 4K skins by Slendis
These are meant to have accurate lighting set up, please do not review based on your opinions, but based on the quality of the models. I encourage your feedback!

This texture pack includes my original texture for F5544's Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, as well as new textures for Bxbugs123's 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor (as well as several available variations, including his newly-released ELS version) and Thehurk's newer release of the 2016 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor Utility. HOW TO INSTALL: 
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CAPTAIN14's PACK INSTALLED AND READY TO GO. (HE UPDATED HIS PACK WITH A FPI, SO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THAT VERSION.)
Navigate to: Grand Theft Auto V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > lspdpack > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > lspdpack.rpf 
Make sure you are on "EDIT MODE" and "IMPORT" each texture to their corresponding vehicles. IF YOU HAVE TO, RENAME THE LAST NUMBER TO THE TEXTURE NUMBER YOU HAVE LATEST. 
(E.G. IF YOU HAVE A "cvpi_sign_1" ALREADY JUST RENAME MY TEXTURE TO "cvpi_sign_2")

Based of the Washington State Patrol, Washington. This texture pack includes 4k multi-livery textures for the 2010 Crown Victoria Police Interceptor and the 2013 Ford Explorer Police Utility.

Whelen Epsilon siren mod for GTA V. Hope you guys enjoy. Has the audio labeled for police and ambulance so you can use it for whatever you want. PLEASE let me know of any bug fixes so I can fix them!!! 
 
This has both the NORMAL version of install as well as the SIRENMASTERY version.

These are my Gresham/Mutnomah County inspired Police textures. It should be made clear that these are merely inspired by the two aforementioned departments.
You have full permissions to edit and upload your own textures using parts of this texture. However please don't make textures for the same exact vehicles (ie don't make another CVPI texture exactly the same as mine and upload it) as I want to update these vehicles.
The video is a bit outdated, and many textures, especially the CVPIs have been changed/reworked:

This is series of Maui themed Los Santos skins, loosely based off of Code Zero's pack from GTAIV. I've been working on this pack off and on for months, and figured I should finish them up and release them.
All the decals unless mentioned are scratch made by myself.
Each vehicle has it's own plate and unit number, and some come with a supervisor, K9 or unmarked variants.
These liveries come in both 2048 (standard) and 4096 (double) resolutions. If you are experiencing issues with the 4096 versions, please use the 2048 versions instead.

Based of Douglas County Sheriff in Colorado, this package contains textures for the 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe and 2014 Dodge Charger.
These textures are available in 4k (high quality) and 2k (low-mid quality).
I have spent a few hours on these each ensuring they are as accurate and detailed as I can possibly make them. Most of the decals are hand drawn from scratch and in excellent quality.

I saw this Tahoe while looking at scpolicecruisers.com.Cool website. You should check it out if you ever need any ideas for a car. It was hard to decide what Tahoe I wanted to make and I settled with this one.My next Tahoe will more than likely be one with a lightbar and steelies, because I beleive this is needed.

You will have 3 extra's to choose from:
extra_1 -Stalker Radar
extra_2 -Antenna
extra_3 -Spotlight(I am not sure if you downloaded my prev. Tahoe. This Tahoe does not have that funky spotlight bug where when you disable the extra....there is still with a outline!I got it fixed!)

 Installation:
You can rename the .yft and .ytd to whatever you want,you don't have to use police.yft.
    For RDE users: Install into update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\rde\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
    Non-RDE users will have to rename the cars to whatever you want, then place in the latest patchday: update.rpf\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday9(or 10)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
        The sirensettings is 1, so change the .metas accordingly, if you need to(Probably won't at this point)
 
To edit handling for the tahoe:

Go to the necessary vehicles.meta, and change the handling id of the slot your using for the tahoe. Replace the handling id with "baller" or "baller2"

Once downloaded, unzip to anywhere you want. Now, in OpenIV, go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/", drag and drop folder called "rca" from archive here Go back to "mods/update/". Now, go to "update.rpf/common/data/" and click edit on "dlclist.xml". Add new line: dlcpacks:\rca\ Save.

1. Does this mod cause FPS drop 
No, absolutely no. Models designed to be the same quality and optimized like original ones. 

2. Does all new architecture has proper LODs 
Yes, all LODs included. 

3. I already had this mod installed. What i should do 
Just replace dlc.rpf 

4. Does this mod conflict with any other mods 
Yes, with Billboards replacing mods.

Based off no particular agency, and is meant to be used with RDE to fill up those noose slots with different lore-friendly vehicles. Use the .meta I provided to get the vehicles dials to work, and hands on the wheel.
