Addon version and instruction for it installation was made by Reyser.

Installation:

Once downloaded, unzip to anywhere you want.
Now, in OpenIV, go to "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/", drag and drop folder called "rca" from archive here
Go back to "mods/update/". Now, go to "update.rpf/common/data/" and click edit on "dlclist.xml".
Add new line: dlcpacks:\rca\
Save.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions):

1. Does this mod cause FPS drop
No, absolutely no. Models designed to be the same quality and optimized like original ones.

2. Does all new architecture has proper LODs
Yes, all LODs included.

3. I already had this mod installed. What i should do
Just replace dlc.rpf

4. Does this mod conflict with any other mods
Yes, with Billboards replacing mods.

hmm, its strange, because it's worked for me, try to unpack .oiv file to desktop and launch it from desktop, not from .rar

For people that are having problems installing this having crashes i had this problem the first time i installed this. Let the oiv. do a complete install it takes a while just let it do its job and you will be fine.

I like that their finally is a hollywood sign with LODs. Awesome job on the pack!

Your oiv is crashing open iv every time i try to install and yeahh i have the newest version of open iv and everything else up to date .

You should look into that cause i tried other oiv packs and had no crashes . The Blue Crash Window from open iv says :

well, probaly file was corrupted when you downloaded it. Try to redownload it. Because other people don't have problems like this.

Make sure u let the oiv dowload all files if not it will crash their shouldnt be no crashes

when he open .oiv the openiv crashed, so, intsallation not even was started

but as i say it's most likely web browser/site problem, look like file was corrupted after dowloading. So, the first step should be redownloading and checking again

I have RDE with Sheriff Addon. When I installed the compatibility file RDE wth Sheriff Addon, it says: "Some file are missing in the package archive". Can you help me please?

UPDATE: SOLVED! I just installed it manually.
