This is awesome! But there is no VCF for ELS included in the download.

Where dafuk is the VCF xml? i was just about to make a California Highway Patrol skin for this but now... now i can't );;;

You know everyone else has these chargers but we don't if it were not for those 05 chargers or 09 I don't remember the year we would have these but oh well. STILL DOWNLOADING AND MAKING A SKIN FOR TROOPERS.....ALWAYS MY FAVORITE GUMP

Well maybe he should have stated that or maybe he just forgot to include the VCF in the file? Knowing Gump i feel like he wouldnt make this great of a vehicle without making a custom VCF for it. 

I apologize guys! I was having to leave for New Years...and wanted to make sure you guys got the file for New Years patrol . Admittely it was rushed. It uses Officers Underwood 2015 Dodge Charger DEV template...You guys can just use the original VCF. It was the one I used lmao.

Whenever I put the livery in as chgr_sign_1 and open the .ytf it just skips it and shows chgr_sign_2 and when I delete the other signs except 1 it just doesnt show  anything

Not sure, I always use the .ytf when im making new liveries every time I edit something so I dont want to start the game every time, but I assume it does so idk.

That's weird. I'm not sure because I always used Zmod to test textures.

That is what I did. I just used Buggs' CVPI VCF and it works just fine!

Are there secondary lights on this charger?

copy your skin 5 times example chgr_sign_1 chgr_sign_2 and so on all the way to 5 replace all current signs with your texture and boom it should work.

Anyone have a an ELS .xml file that has lighting on the first stage? Haven't figured that out yet, otherwise works great.
