Hi! 

These are my Gresham/Mutnomah County inspired Police textures. It should be made clear that these are merely inspired by the two aforementioned departments.

You have full permissions to edit and upload your own textures using parts of this texture. However please don't make textures for the same exact vehicles (ie don't make another CVPI texture exactly the same as mine and upload it) as I want to update these vehicles.

The video is a bit outdated, and many textures, especially the CVPIs have been changed/reworked:

Huge thanks to Mr.OxPlay for the awesome Oregon based license plates. 

These textures should be used with BlackJesus's and Bxbugs' models:

    Good job man. I live in Gresham, and work as a Cadet for the Police Department. These skins are pretty good!!!
