4K LSPD - San Diego Based 1.0.0

This is a new skin pack I have worked on the last few days. It includes 2 Tahoe Skins, 3 CVPI skins, and 3 FPIU skins including a K-9 skin.
Please note that these are not supposed to be accurate to San Diego Police Cars
Feel free to edit these and upload them as you please, and you don't need to PM me (Just credit where credit is due please)
