Information:
This pack is from my personal collection. I built this for my LSPDFR single player about a month ago, and it was time I changed up what's in my game. Based off no particular department, I present this pack, with the Valor light bar. I recently fell in love with this light bar in particular after visiting Los Angeles recently, and seeing it on the top of their LAPD '16 Explorers. Anyway, hope you enjoy. I love the ELS setting on this pack, so it's locked in the VCF. To change just turn it to 'false' in the VCF.

A Police Pack based loosely on University of Florida Police Department

It is highly recommended that you use @GravelRoadCop's Whelen sirens with this modification.
 
 
 
Known Bugs
Glass on some vehicles doesn't break. This is a combination of the limited time I have to go through every detail and zmodeler 3 not being cooperative. Some LODs are probably screwed up. Somewhere. Somehow. If it doesn't impact game play all that much, I probably won't go through great lengths to fix it Sometimes R* editor likes to annoy its users with bugs in discoloration or weird physical issues with models. I apologize for this in advance. R* editor is annoying... Probably a load of other stuff I missed or forgot, but as long as the cars are still enjoyable.  
Disclaimer: These cars are EXTREMELY high poly, and may not be optimal for use on all gaming platforms (Basically, if you are running a potato hooked to a monitor, don't expect solid 60fps game play with these vehicles).

So many people asked me via Pm,on Discord or in the Comments for a Slicktop unit.So here you go.Its nearly the same basement like the Marked one.Instead of the lightbar there are Window lights. Alprs,Interior/Equipment are still the same.This is planned,so its the same Department.

This is a concept pack I build to showcase a few sirensettings I made within the carcols. Enough people enjoyed them when showcasing them in my discord that I polished them up and made them available for release. It's also a revamp from my first ever modding project back when I first gave GTAV modding a go. Available with a variety of light bars and in two colour tones for different departments.

Details:
 This is a pack for the (lore friendly) Los Santos County Sheriff's Department. This pack was not based on any real-life department or agency. The original creation of the pack was intended for private FiveM usage but has now been fully released publicly. The following pack includes 9 peds for the LSSD.

Known Bugs/Issues:
Game issues - If the peds will not spawn in, game crashes or will not start after putting in skins please do the following.
Simply open the .ytd file -> Click on skin textures and change Mipmap levels -> Depending on installation it should be high or low, try changing
based on your system. If low, such as 1, increase. If high, such as 12, decrease.
SWAT Mixup - Due to the different color variations on the SRT ped, responding swat officers may spawn with different colored clothing items. If you want a certain color only,
simply export the colored texture(s), then replace the other colored texture that is not wanted.
Missing Torso - For the plain clothed sheriff, when spawning bodyguards using the model the torso may be invisible. This is an issue due to the way it has been modeled, not by my reskinning. So, please don't complain to me.
 
Please read the README before asking for any help with the peds. If there are any issues that you are having with the peds please put it in the comments. Any requests for support found in reviews will be ignored. Please base reviews off the quality of the download, not based off of installation trouble. Thank you.

I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

Happy Late Easter Everyone!
After 6 months of blood, sweat and pure enraging anger, I'm pleased to present you guys with the Los Santos Police Service Mega-pack. Styled off Toronto Police Service, the pack features a custom made Excalibur light bar which features a dual rotor in the centre, which has dual colour to it (and coronas to match!). And of course, the traffic units in the pack feature TPS style arrowboards. This pack is big enough to cover and reduce many crime types across Los Santos, and includes divisions such as Patrol, Traffic, Slicktop/Unmarked, Emergency Task Force, and Marine.

Vehicles with arrowboards (Traffic units) can cause R* editor to crash if it's used during the recording. Having the board either up or down when recording should not crash the editor.

This Glock comes as a full size handgun chambered in .45 Auto and replaces the standard pistol.  It's still being worked on, it was converted to GTA 5 by Jridah and animated, I only slightly modified the textures.  I wouldn't call it perfection yet, the texture is in need of an overhaul, but I do not have the experience needed and Jridah is very busy at the moment. If anyone with photoshop experience has some free time, feel free to create a better looking texture, I couldn't thank you enough^^

SoundOff Nergy 400 Series Siren by Gravelroadcop 2/12/2022   NEW
I have added dual tones to the pack, including : dual yelp, dual yelp/piercer and a shorter wail tone for the ambulance slot that can be activated as secondary tone to pair along with primary wail. 
 
About this modification : 
 
100 watt siren with dual-tone capability using ELS to deliver siren tones with extreme traffic moving capability for Grand Theft Auto V. 
 
 Available tones :
 
Wail, Yelp ( mono and dual ), Priority ( mono and dual ), Hi-lo, Alert and Air-horn.

If your resident.rpf is too large and you get 0 in game sounds then use the muted/dead air files to trim the file size down a bit.

MODEL NOTES

- This model is quite large in file size which i apologize about, but so many people have been asking for the damn model, I figured
that instead of releasing a broken version that I'm not happy with, I'd fix as much as I could with it.
 
- This is the same base model that I have been using for the vast majority of the releases with an FPIU in it.
 
- This is the official release of this model, any other releases you see have not been authorized by TrentMU, FRGamer or myself.
 
- When downloading this model, you are expected to know how to use zmodeler
 
- You may not message me or any of the contributors to this file about assistance for making any sort of model
 
- Please do not re release this model in an unlocked or a DEV state, if you have edits that you want to have done to the model, contact
myself.
 
- I have included a few small options for you people to use, including hubcaps, the fog light covers and the chrome/Grey headlight textures
included in the extras folder.
 
- The templates for this model are included in the Extras folder.
 
- The handling line that was optimized for this model was the gresley, the POLICE3 from GTA Redux works as well.

- Please for the love of god, try and spend time when making models with this vehicle, we spent a lot of time trying to make this vehicle what it is today
 
- And now people cant parade around with this model, trading it for stuff they aren't even supposed to have.

Hi ladies. So now that ScriptHook has updated it's release time. This is a pack I have been working on for the better part of the last month in a half, and I am actually very proud of it. The pack is based on Fort Worth, but the actual cars are not accurate to those, just the liveries, window templates, and lightbar are equal to Fort Worth and some of the pushbar setups. The pack comes with 13 different vehicles ranging from SUVs like FPIUs and Tahoes, Pickup trucks like Silverados and Sedans like the CVPIs and Chargers, among many other cars. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: How do I install X?
A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. There are also instructions though which again, I tried making as in depth as possible to help you out.
 
Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted :(
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This was an experimental vehicle that ended up being quite sought after when I posted pictures on the Gallery. I've cleaned it up and here it is ready for download. 
 
THIS VEHICLE WILL NOT RECEIVE MAJOR UPDATES. Only tweaks and bug fixes.
 
This pack contains:
2010-2013 BCFD Fire Watch Chevy Silverado   
Features: 
• Four liveries for the vehicle, including a bear patrol skin
• Full custom halogen light bar
• Optional 2k and 4k liveries
 
The carcols.ymt and the carvariations files are necessary for the light bar to work properly. Full details can be found the ReadMe.
CARCOLS IS FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH MY OTHER PACKS.

8/6/18 New update, yay, Now move along, Nothing to see here except my wife left me & took the kids.
 
So...After about 11 months of working on this pack(and being lazy), I present to you the Philadelphia Police Pack for GTA V. The pack has a 2011 Ford Crown Victoria, 2012 Chevrolet Impala, 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe & a 2013+ Ford Interceptor Sedan. I tried to make it as accurate as I can. Some vehicles don't have Police radios in them since PPD is removing the Police radios in them, but there is a mic on the console for the PA. The Ford Utility may come later. If you enjoy my Philadelphia Police Pack for IV, Then you may enjoy this one. BTW all skins are 2K to spare texture loss . This Pack is a work in progress So this is not a finish pack & may never will be.
 
If you want Lore friendly, I suggest to use @t0y Philadelphia Police based LSPD skins here 
 
I didn't know when he would put the skins back up, so that's why I waited.

- Lightbar Glass don't break

Hi there. So this is a mini pack of two 2014 FPIUs for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority Police Department of New York/Connecticut. They have jurisdiction over the entire state of New York, patrolling and protecting specifically the trains and subways and transit hubs of the state, as well as parts of Connecticut.
