You know that highway patrol is actually the *main* way police motors are used, right? In city police forces, motor officers generally do traffic. In the NYPD, the motorcycles are actually under the highway patrol unit. It's really handy for a highway patrolman to get through traffic.

I always have that issue too. It might have to do with the spec texture - the issue for me always seems to be a brightness mismatch. Specifically, the brightness that makes it match in the light doesn't match in shadows.

If someone makes you a mod, it will pretty much always come with the stipulation that the modder keeps full control over it. Unless you're giving them something (like components for the mod), it's considered to be their mod made on a request by you. If *they* want to release it, they can; if they don't want it released to the public, you can't release it; and no matter what, you must give them credit for making the mod.

Cops use MDCs while driving (I think), so I'd assume the displays are very to-the-point so as to not distract them.
