Sorry but is the latest RPH as of 6.16 0..40, so its working for that RPH ? i see that the 0.40 was released 6.13, so this should be fine ?

ok. btw is better ems, when you call ems default using the B menu on lspdfr or is there another keybind ? is it like an all new EMS mod or an addition to the current EMS on lcpdfr ?

i think it was crashing my game when i had a panic button callout at the prison and i was an LSPD patrolling the City but since it wasn't in my region then my LSPDFR Kept crashing everytime i was near the Prison, ill just show my Log and you tell me what you think was happening ? RagePluginHook.log

What is the Arrest Manager Transport Regions.xml, do i need it i dont really care on customizing my regions. can i play w/ out it ?

you can change the words to "send me a bus" in the .xml file i set up "code red" for code 3 and "code black" for coroner along with some other changes
