E:\ is LSPD:FR. So don't mind that, please. Seems like you have an issue with mscore, a bunch of people had that issue. Make sure you have all of the requirements installed. Is your GTA V folder clean except for LSPD:FR and RPH? If so, please rename mods to _mods, scripts to _scripts (If you have those folders) And, if present, rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR and reinstall LSPDFR 0.45 manual, then RPH 1.74.

Seems like you are missing files for this car. Did you put all .ytf and .ytd files into the mods folder? Do you maybe have an old car that overwrote those files in an older patchday? Also, don't replace .meta files.

It's a visual mod as well, correct. But it barely affects performance and you can choose to only use the Visualsettings.meta. I recommend that.
