Uhm. Did you drop the .xml files for the cars into pack_default? Because ELS comes with the police.xml, so that would explain why that works but not the other cars.

Don't turn Defender off if you have no other Antivirus. If you have another Antivirus, either delete it or find its exceptions.

That's normal. Use EUP + EUP configs. It's a file in your GTA V folder. It's the same as sending your RPH.log.

Don't load LSPD:FR on startup. Can you send asiloader.log?
