Tbh, since McAfee is absolute garbage, I'd delete it and use Defender + malwarebytes. McAffee causes more damage than it does protecting.

It's Mcafee. You got two choices with McAfee. Delete it or find its exceptions. A bunch of user still experience issues after excluding the GTA V folder. But you may try. So. Add your GTA V folder to mcafee exceptions.
