  1. Verify your game files. For the Retail version of GTA V: Open the Rockstar Games launcher -> Locate "Settings" in the top right corner -> Select under "My Installed Games" Grand Theft Auto 5 -> Select Verify Integrity. For the Steam version of GTA V: Right click Grand Theft Auto V in Steam -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify Integrity Of Game Cache
  2. You open the .ytd /hi.ytd of the file and find the _sign. Top right corner -> Replace -> Put the downloaded skin on your Desktop (the .png) -> Locate OpenIV to there, select the .png -> it should change now -> Save.
  3. You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.
  4. Change the plugin timeout threshold from 10000 to 60000 in the RagePluginHook.ini file and disable Main.PreloadAllModel in GTAV/LSPDFR -> LSPDFR.ini.
  5. "o" is not a proper keybind. Change it.
  6. LML and RPH work perfectly fine. Make sure you only do what the readme says and only drop the contents of ModLoader.
  7. No, the scripts folder is for SHVdotnet scripts. Do you have a mods folder? If so, rename it to _mods.
  8. Do you mind sendign a new RagePluginHook.log?
  9. LoadPlugin LSPD First Response.dll it is.
  10. It's still the exact thing. Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR. See if that changes anything.
  11. You have to update .NET 4.6.2 to .NET 4.7.2.
  12. Remove AC Callouts and delete everything in commandline.txt. (Located in your GTA V folder)
  13. For police usually police / police3. So <audioNameHash>police</audioNameHash> There is a small list here: https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/14011/reference-vehicle-sound-guide/2
  14. Update LSPDFR. Then, remove EUP menu, install it after a successful boot. You also need to reinstall RageNativeUi, by the link given by UnknownBastion.
  15. Did you by any chance download a skin pack instead of the actual vehicles? If you have .ytf and .ytd files, just place them in the vehicles.rpf of the MODDING DLC.
  16. Seems like you are missing some stuff. Reinstall LSPD:FR 0.46 manual.
  17. Rename the LSPDFR folder in /Plugins to _LSPDFR. Remove Menyoo and the hashes.ini.
  18. You don't have to reinstall EUP or the MODDING DLC. A game update / OpeNIV update overwrites the Update.rpf. Which includes Dlclist.xml. Locate to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data, open dlclist.xml and add MODDING and eup into it. Make sure you also put an updated Gameconfig in for it to not crash. (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars)
  19. Those are plugins, not Add-ons. Add-ons are cars that don't replace already existing car file. If you're new to PC, you should probably watch them. Even though plugins are really straight forward: 1. If you don't have one already: Use 7Zip or Winrar. 2. Download the latest version of the plugin you want and open it up with one of the programs above. 3. Drag & drop the files according to the folders & readme into your GTA V folder. 4. LSPDFR plugins do NOT show up in the RagePluginHook Plugins tab. They load once you go on duty.
