Prisoner transport works well, after arresting peds. Very easy to press the button to call for a pickup for the detained subject.

So apparently it is random and has no direct relation to 0.3? It didn't happen before and all of a sudden it is happening quite frequently. Although the locked doors thing does help. Why is the GTA game system trying to "clean up the world" when your car is blipped on your map? It should only attempt to clean up the world by having peds carjack vehicles that are unattended and not being blipped as your vehicle that is last driven. The only time I noticed this issue before is if I entered another vehicle besides my patrol car. Then this car became the last driven vehicle and the patrol car was no longer blipped on the map.

I'm sure it will all get better with future releases. Who knows, maybe it is a combination of 0.3 and some of the more recent updates from Rockstar. Like mixing soy sauce with a birthday cake.

Yes it is, but I figured it had to maybe be related to the newest release........aggressive cops and aggressive car thieves go together like PB&J.

Does anyone think that peds stealing your patrol car while you are on a traffic stop happens more now than before? I had it happen a few times these past two days and I don't play all that long. They just speed off and your car is blipped, but there isn't much you can do about it besides spawn another car and chase after them, or forget that it ever happened.

Is it just a reminder? I was assuming that it was some kind of message that was informing me that the detained suspect was not in the appropriate "state" for pickup by the transport officer.

This is true, there are also added benefits and positive changes as well.

Since 0.3 I have noticed that the police are actually more aggressive against me when they join me in a pursuit. Continually pushing me and bashing into me.

What does it mean when it says "prisoner must already be placed on the ground?" Many times, the prisoner transport vehicle (under the Code 2 menu) never shows up. I have tried with the suspect in handcuffs, without, kneeling on the ground, standing, etc. It gives me the same exact message every time about placing them on the ground. What does this mean exactly?
