So I managed to get online and test out ADMS looking pretty good so far, not sure why the GPS function did not work, but I will test that out more later, what I did notice is that I failed to make it show what your unit is, so I'll be releasing an update later today that will add that in.

For controls and features read the ReadMe as that contains all the information you will need. Installing modded cars will require OpenIV (google search it), adding scripts has always been a drag and drop feature, just read the readme's with each one for more information, but as a rule of thumb all scripts that are .net.dll go in to the scripts folder and all .asi scripts will go in to the root folder (the one with LaunchGTAIV.exe) and the corresponding .ini files go with the main script file. All ELS cars should be compatible, but mod authors will specify if their cars are ELS8 built. EFLC is Episodes From Liberty City, basically an expansion pack on the game adding more car slots. And as for tips, just enjoy the game and the company, if you ever need any help you have come to the right place.

Yes I'm totally sorry about this, what had happened is a small piece of code was stuck in there that made the list just snowball, and I edited it on my local system then sent the apology email, but I forgot to upload the changes, I do this a lot and it makes fixing bugs hard to do when you're not uploading your changes and wonder why nothing is working lol. Unfortunately this whole site has been hand coded by myself, and there is bound to be some bugs here and there.

Also to get the rights to develop plugins for TS you need to pay for a developers licence, that is probably the biggest issue so far, because from a coding standpoint it should not be hard to do everything else.

Updated cards and stuff really don't have much effect unless your using command lines because the game is so old it does not fully support the maximum sizes that we have today. I suggest that you try some command lines and see how that works for you. Also the 3085MB is 3GB of RAM, not video card ram.
