Moves your tazer in to the melee slot, it can still be fired, it just stops you from dropping your pistol when drawing it :)

I stumbled upon this while trying to figure out how to make it fire without scaring away citizens.

This file must be placed within the commmon > data folder of your GTA IV.

Unfortunately right now no. That was my main goal when starting on this, but unfortunately it's not looking good. I am still looking in to it right now, but I don't think it's possible with the way GTA IV is coded.
