  1. and this is why I'm contemplating more and more about not buying a new console and sticking with my PS3. After looking at the initial hardware specs of both systems they are evenly matched in all departments, the only real difference is X1 uses DDR3 RAM compared to the DDR5 ram in the PS4, only difference will be speed, but in the X1 where it's running 3 OS's at once I am sure the speed will hurt them. As for the PS4, I'm looking forward to the reveal on the 10th, though from early looks I'm not too keen on the DualShock 4 controllers. This online all the time is a big deal, but remember Sony has yet to confirm or deny that their system could also stop your from playing pre-owned games, maybe after seeing everyone frustrated at X1's limits they will change their mind and use it as a finishing move on Microsoft's new console.
  2. Ok so with the previous fix 1.0.3.2 I managed to break it more than a fix, I've pulled it from my database so you will all recieve errors about it not being up to date, and while you wait for LCPD:FR to approve my latest version you can download the file from check my signature :P *EDIT* I've also taken out the two pictures from the rar file to reduce it's size, idk why I put them there in the first place. *EDIT* LCPD:FR approved my file so you can now download it from the downloads section, which is linked below in my signature :)
  3. Looking awesome Carrythxd Nine30 *EDIT* I just realized that it wasn't you who did it lawlz, thats what I get for just skimming lol.
  4. ProgramFiles(X86) only shows up on 64bit windows, and it's where the 32 bit programs go, obviously if you only have a 32 bit system then it won't show up.
  5. Hi there, I'm just stopping by to let everyone know that our Public Computer Database is back online and so is our GPS and ADMS script which can be found in the downloads section. I would just like to point out that our clan is currently not recruiting and has dissolved, I will take the members section down eventually, but I'm using the time now to work on my scripts and the Public Computer Database. I know that there was a lot of interest for my database and scripts before we had our problems, and I'm hoping that our members find their way back to us.
  6. It's quite simple to figure out. All scripts come with a readme.txt that explains how to add, and the simple rule is scripts that end with .net.dll go in to your scripts folder, and scripts that end with .asi go in to the main GTA IV folder where the LaunchGTAIV.exe is. LCPD:FR is a self-installer and I would recommend that you use the dsound.dll that comes with LCPD:FR for your asi/script loader. As for scripts, you will require a version of scripthookdotnet.dll that you can download the most recent version from: http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83 scripthook is included with LCPD:FR but it's an older version and a bunch of coders including myself are now using the latest. For car mods I prefer to use SparkIV, but most people find it hard to use, where as the alternative OpenIV I find too complicated, with SparkIV basically just navigate to the vehicles.img double click it to open it, then import the cars that you want in there (remember to make them the right names first). There is an extra step to add additional skins, I won't cover that right now, but if you need to know I will help you.
  7. are you talking about the console mounted one, if so then you can visit the modifications page, and find an unlocked one, then open up the default car with a modeller and add it in yourself.
  8. Check out http://systemexplorer.net/file-database/file/macromedia-exe for a little more information on determining if it's safe or not, don't try to force stop it or you might end up doing some damage if it's a safe file. Also if it does turn out to be a virus remember to go in to Safe Mode before attempting extraction that way there is less chance of it doing more damage during attempted removal, you don't know how embedded it could be in to your OS.
  9. Yes you are correct :P, and I think Dr. Who is slightly related to the topic as he is the master of the Wibbly Wobbly Timey Wimey stuff :P
  10. Yea, I remember reading about that in the update, I think few people really do read update change logs, but I do, and Harper I'm sorry to say, but you are wrong. This update only affects the settings, this was found as I was downloading a game, but kudos on the Dr. Who reference. I've only watched a few seasons so far, but I think I still prefer the original series, and I doubt that this will last as long as the original did.
  11. I'm on a new internet that is super fast, it simultaneously downloads from about 6 different parallel universes, I'd go in to the technological aspect of it, but you know it's all wibbly wobly timey wimey stuff. But seriously, I just saw this on steam and enjoyed it hahaha. Some glitch or random burst of data?
  12. ensure you are using the latest drivers, and does it happen to any game or just GTA IV? *EDIT* also is the poping sound coming from your speakers or actually inside your computer.
  13. ah your talking about the .img, when I read the title I thought u wanted something like Alcohol 120% lol, but what you need is either SparkIV: http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/GTA_IV_Spark_IV;116155 or OpenIV: https://www.google.ca/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&sqi=2&ved=0CCwQFjAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fopeniv.com%2F&ei=mZ2vUYaDHKHayAHKxIGgBw&usg=AFQjCNFmNcrE4imShRxQWDslofEcTbgPdg&sig2=EKIR2jcHdwnoW_ZNT_xY_g&bvm=bv.47380653,d.aWc
  14. Any members using this script please let me know of any bugs as I'm starting to work on this script again now that everything has been fixed with my GPS script, and I'd like to get any bugs or problems squished before continuing with the development of this script.
  15. You could cut it in half, or get a non-els car, ELS is the main culprit behind polys.
  16. ELM does not work for GTA IV, are you talking about ELS?
  17. I use bandicam, recording on to a seperate HDD, my game runs at 60 fps, but I set the recording to lock at 30fps allowing for some resources to be saved, if your game normally runs less that 30fps upgrade before you record.
  18. is this still an issue? I'm unable to play GTA IV right now so I can't test it myself.
  19. 1: the PS3 is not a girl and does not need "pads". 2: Xpadder would be a great program for you to look in to.
  20. Thanks for your patience, the page is now working properly again. I'm glad you are enjoying this script.
  21. No thats actually Grady's EVCS which you can find on GPM. Sorry that I've not fixed the live map yet, but I'm in the process of transferring 130~ GB of files over from my laptop to my desktop.
  22. I'm working on this fix now.
  23. Thought I did fix, thanks guys, I will look in to it now. Problem should be solved, please advise if not.
