I don't think it's hard to figure out if you have played these style of games before.

Have you tryed with the Global Financial Crisis mod? I am interested in trying it, but I'm having problems with the latest mod, and I'm glad that Riots are now back in A10. This could lead to some interesting videos :)

Hello everyone, just a note that my computer database is back online, and the GPS script has been re-submitted for approval. Unfortunately due to the loss of my databases everything has to start from fresh.

Yes Showers are a danger zone. They don't like being too close while naked....makes sense to me :P A9's addition of working workshops killed the easy money cheat, and since I've found the difficulty more challanging, and I'm actually enjoying playing it again. I love these style of games, I was a huge fan of Theme Hospital, Theme Park, Dungeon Keeper the likes.

A good idea is to take the original GTA IV folder once you are done installing, and then either compress it or make a complete copy with a new name. With a compressed version you can easily revert to a fresh install state at any time. With the copy method you can have one for a no mod version, and another copy for a modded one.

That is actually a prone position, not crouching, and I don't think it will offer any benefits to your actual shooting as if you look in your weaponinfo.xml you will see You would probably still be using the regular offset, you might be able to set it up to use Crouched, but as I say it won't improve, and in MP others probably won't see it.

That's a feature of ELS, as the lights are being constantly spawned, it is constantly refreshing the car removing all the damage.

Just saying, as officers are allowed to come on duty at any point can't you just ALT + P then CTRL + P to disable the cops from going after you, then just ALT + P twice afterwards to end LCPD:FR again.

Make sure you do not have both in at the same time or there will be problems. Scripts folder is not actually there on a normal install, LCPD:FR adds it, if your using a GTA IV without LCPD:FR you will have to manually create a scripts folder, and also acquire scriphookdotnet.dll *EDIT* also there is no save game hacks to remove wanted lvl's these are just a temp thing, get out of the zone without being seen and hide for a while, or use a script to remove it for you. the trainer does have an option that stops you from acquiring a wanted lvl and stop the cops from spawning too, but again these can only be done with scripts.

Not impossible, but not possible with one script, you would need one script such as my GPS script to get the coords from the players, then write another script to convert these coords to a 3D environment. Personally this has been brought to my attention before and I've given it little thought, I would not say it's impossible, but pretty tough. I'm willing to tackle it in the future, but not right now. GmbH says their API is a C-style, so I hope my C# knowledge will make things a little simpler, but I've got no experience with TS3 API, and only a little with GTA IV (though I'd prob just use something similar to my GPS script)

There is a Affiliated Clan Option as shown on here: http://torontovirtual.net/store/ with the next host I will actually be offering a option for having your own database (for your own citizen names and reports) so it will be totally separate from the Public Database. I do not recommend placing any orders through this system right now though, and the price shown there does not include the option for your own database. I have worked with one clan in the past who was interested in getting all the computer database files for themselves to host on their own network (minus the public database option), and I am thinking about offering that as well at the price of approx $10-$15, including all updates, I do not customize the script before I send it to you, you will have to get someone else to do that for you (it's nothing hard). And the price on this option depends on if you want to host your own database (lower cost) or if you would like your own database off my backend. This script is still in BETA and there are plenty of features that I am still working on for it, so if it will ever be released to the public for free I'm not sure. This is a huge project, and I would like some compensation for the work I've done plus the updates that I will also still be sending whoever purchases the files. I hope that this has answered your questions, and I do take humble requests (not paying full price), I do understand that not everyone has access to $20/month, but I may strip certain functions out so that people paying full price do not feel overcharged, but if your interested please PM me with your price range and I will work something out with you :)

the sql host is not the problem, our old webhost lost a server, we are working on recovering the databases, but I might have to start from scratch.

All you need to do is change the Clan value in the .ini file, then (when the website is back online fully) just enter the same value in to the page http://torontovirtual.net/livemap/ and you should see only the people using that clan setting. Thanks, I'm working hard on it, but our host is having major issues, I'm trying to work with them to help resolve this situation, but I might have to cut my losses and abandon this host.

If I remember correctly they are not real time, there is a slight delay between updates.

If you read the first post then you will see that it's been taken offline due to website issues. Our backup site does not allow Remote SQL so I'm unable to link the script to it and re-release it.

lol there's actually a mission, well that helps. I've never played the SP missions. I brought this game just for LCPD:FR. Well that is good news, I'm sure I can actually get a better script made than I originally thought.
