  1. Hoping to be daily.
  2. We have been playing with mixxed cars, and the crashes are at a minimum (on my end), the only most noticeable increase in crashes came after I installed ELS.
  3. I am starting up a Toronto Police clan for casual gaming, and I am looking for some starting members. I don't have a website right now, but that is still in design, and will come soon. There is a computer system in the works (a lot of this website is just a modified version of the old Calgary website I created). Members can become dispatchers and choose when they want to dispatch, or play. Dispatchers are not required to run the game. We do have a TeamSpeak server for communication. The current mods are as follows (subject to change): Items marked with a * are mandatory for play LCPD:FR* (DUH) Dispatch Assistance (DAS)* (For callsign and location) ELS V5/V6* (for lighting untill Illumination 2.0 is released) Simple Fuel Mod (adds realism) Simple Native Trainer (Helps with spawning cars/weapons) Toronto Car Mod* (This is so we can all see the same cars (Toronto Members only requirement, casual gamers can use their own cars) VDH Tow Service (this is for towing of cars. Mode must be set to 2.) Toronto Police Skins* (Toronto Members only requirement, these are currently in construction) Toronto Siren* (Not the best, but will have to do for now, sorry). We also welcome non-members to come on our server and play with us, as long as you have the mandatory mods less the Toronto Police member requirements. (So you can keep your own cars and sirens) Dispatchers will not be in game, but instead run the computer system from outside the game in a web browser. Officers will be able to go in and file reports (in game via Steam or Xfire browser, or out of game via web browser). This is for more serious players, and competent speaking of the English language is required (so everyone can understand you). We will have some training for officers, and also for dispatchers. I will work with officers and dispatchers to help make the computer system as user friendly as possible. You will receive callouts via LCPD:FR, and dispatch will use the computer software to update your status, and help to create a log of your activities in order to help when you go to file your report later. If anyone is interested please visit out TS server @ 207.161.44.135:9987 Our website is located at http://torontovirtual.clanteam.com you can now apply and for members the membership section is working. Computer database is semi-operational, and is still in a BETA mode.
  4. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HBa458RoLpw OMFG I Want this!!
  5. I'd rather have a golden mod rather than a bug filled one, so please everyone stop bugging him about releasing it, and just let the guy do his thing. Abraxas is an amazing guy, and will only give us good things.
  6. http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/gta-iv/script-mods/2635 Is that the mod you tried?
  7. plus, I don't think it's possible to load cars outside of the img.
  8. http://fcrp.lcpdfr.com/ it's right on the main page. My bad, thats just the server address, not the TS. I think the TS address would be the same as the normal TS
  9. I didn't till now, and look what was the first link http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1787

*EDIT* These stupid double posts are getting annoying.

Yes I'm looking forward to Illumination as well. There are too many ELS cars though, for such a glitchy system.
  12. you could easily do a google search for GTAIV Stealth Charger.
  13. I'm confused, but from what your explaining is just a traffic spawner unless I'm mistaken, and thats already been done before.
  14. buy one from a store, or online.
  15. spawning too many objects does make GTA IV unstable.
  16. I use the SRU skin, and it is amazing. Thanks Yard1!
  17. Hi there, I am looking for some Toronto police skins to be made. The only Toronto items I can find in the downloads is Police Cars/textures. Here is the badege. I've looked on google for some good images of uniforms, but nothing great is showing up, but a description of Wikipidia says: I don't know how good this picture is.
  18. *EDIT* Stupid double posting.
  19. By policing script, are you talking about LCPD:FR or Bravehearts Policing script?
  20. there is an ASI loader with the LCPDFR install, I suggest using that. ASI loaders go in to your ROOT GTAIV folder. for steam it will look something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\" and for non-steam it should be something like "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\"
  21. the 3GB RAM is a little small for GTA, and with only 256MB on your gfx card that's not much, lower settings as Tom H will help.
  22. I'm now using ELS V5, with the Toronto Mod Cars, and also the Flashpoint SRU SWAT Uniform. TS address is still the same, we play games often so feel free to join us.
  23. I'm using the Toronto mod, not sure how accurate the lighting is.
  24. ELS is a terribly glitchy program.
  25. you need to be standing right next to the car, both files need to be in your scripts folder
