I do not use ELS due to it's buggy nature.

Mods I use: LCPD:FR (obviously), VDH TowingService, SNT, I do have custom cars, and uniforms the img files are shared in the lobby file browser. (Please back up all your files before using my .img's. I will not be responsible for lost cars) I also have an updated handling.dat (for some cars), and an updated peds.ide so SWAT does not crouch.

I'm now using ELS V5, with the Toronto Mod Cars, and also the Flashpoint SRU SWAT Uniform. TS address is still the same, we play games often so feel free to join us.
