usually I find it fixes itself when you leave to a different area of the map.

if you want to do web browser use, I recommend getting either xfire, or steam, as each have overlays that allow you to access websites without having to minimize the game.

I am running V1.0.7.0, not V1.0.4.0, plus I do not see how this helps me.

I just have one small request, that I hope is reasonable, I'd love to be able to set two buttons to activate DashCam, one turns on the regular Provido style, the other will turn on the Classic. I'd rather have it added in this way rather than messing with all my files.

I'm interested in learning if I can run two copies of Dashcam, one set to the classic view, and the other set for speed traps. I've try'd just re-naming the files differently, then I've try'd to edit the .net.dll file to match the new naming, but still nothing. Anyone have any ideas to help here?

is how to install cars. To turn on just the lights on NON ELS cars press the / icon on your numpad, there are 3 different settings, then press and hold G to blast the siren. On ELS enabled cars, J toggles normal emergency lights and again G for the siren blast, if you want to have them linked so both lights and sirens start with just a press of G press LALT and T.

Well not to pop your bubble, but this be Canada, a slightly different ball game with different laws, honestly I don't know the laws much myself, I just do everything how it's supposed to be done. This is not LA, we are just a small city, so rush hour does not get too bad. They have actually been spending quite some money on turning the major 2 lane roads in to 4 lanes to help ease congestion. Also there is no college requirements to join here.

I was recently told last night of something that made me wonder how come cops get to be where they are. I know some departments require psychology testing to make sure they are no power hungry types, but I guess this is not the case for all. Apparently a cop pulled over a guy at the traffic lights, the guy had done nothing wrong, he was not speeding, no damage to his car, or anything but the cop pulled him over, and a guy I worked with had his window open, and could hear the cop tell the drive of the car he pulled him over for not going with the flow of the traffic, now most people around here drive about 10km/h faster than the posted speed limit, but this guy was not, he was actually driving the 50km/h posted, and the cop was giving him shit for actually driving the limit. Yes we are supposed to go with the flow of the traffic, but only where legal, this rule applies to people under-speeding (not sure of the correct term for it, but it is a punishable offence). What are your takes on this, and have you experienced, or heard of any weird abuse of powers? EDIT: Personally I would have asked for the cops badge number and would have reported him to his chief.

I'm looking for information on how to make completely new maps if Possible for GTA IV. After some extensive googling, I did not find much, so I am turning to you for help.

Well that's news to me, is it quite stable?

1) The problem is when the script starts to fail, the best thing you can do it press ` to open up the console and type reloadscripts, it might freeze your game for a few seconds, but then it will have everything working again. 2) That's GTA IV's AI Traffic, not really expecting the player to stop, when you do they think your just blocking the road. 3) Keyboard/Mouse options and set it up, if you can't do it there then GTA IV won't let you so you cant, sorry. Personally when I plat my thumb will activate G/F and pinkie on shift, index finger is D, Middle is W/S and last one is A.

I find that Spybot also does a great job getting stubborn programs out of a system.

ok I am guessing your using either Vista/7 so you went to Computer > C > Users > "Your Username" > My Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames and coppied the file and moved it over to.... Computer > C > Users > "Your Username" > AppData (You will need to turn on the option to show hidden folders for this) > Local > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > savegames > and put the files in to any and all "user_*******" folders to ensure that you get the right one.

I'm just wondering what your specs are on your current computer?? And to be nice, here are mine. CPU: I7 920 Quadcore 2.7GHz (Slightly Overclocked) RAM: 6GB Graphics: 2X ATI Radeon HD 5870 (1G memory, 850MHz Core Clock, 1.2GHz Memory Clock (Not Overclocked) Each) This easily beat the minimum requirements for the game, yet it's unstable at maxed graphics.
