Bullying makes persons a lot stronger when they get older. Everyone has been bullied once, can't be denied. And we know bullying is out of incertitude. But most people who heavily have been bullied in their childhood raise up very mature and mentally strong. As a matter of fact, most cops have been bullied in their childhood. I can partly tell from my class. 8 out of 10 have been bullied and turned out one of the most mature. Not to mention how wise they got.

Though after doing some research I figured very less departments used this car. Even the most known departments didn't, for instance LAPD or NYPD. Luckily CHP did so I might go for a Taxi and CHP.

The thing is that this car is already converted, there for it would give me a lot less work. I could easily fix the mayor issues. Then release a civil fix, then make a cab and police.
