Very nice looking there! About the livery, I'd say edit the ESU to any precinct. Would make more sense, because ESU is the heavy artillery, ESS is a lower class, and then patrol comes. This seems more like a precinct van/correctional transport van to me. Maybe you should consider making a LC Correctional version too. Keep up the good stuff.

You are supposed to import all textures from the beginning. Export the textures from the sultan.wtd and include all vehicle_generic textures as well. Then import the vehicle, add your lights, export, import car in OpenIV, import all your textures, then remove all vehicle_generic textures from the wtd.

Create them yourself, name them siren1 to siren8. Even numbers are white, Uneven numbers are blue., move them to the position you like. Create a new dummie, call it ''misc_h''. Position and size of dummie misc_h does not matter. Put all the siren dummies into the ''misc_h'', then put the misc_h under dummies. sample Warning, the amount of working lights depends on what vehicle you install it on. So if you want this to be your FIB Buffalo I'd go with siren1 and 2 til 4, else it might not work.

Not at all, but an Impala is a sports car. And I'm not really impressed by Taurus' looks. Yeah, I believe it has a good engine, but so does the Impala. Just my honest opinion.
