Just tried it. It's very nice. It is stable, doesn't cause that much lag. But unfortunate all weathers look the same. And there are also no samples of the extras inside, so I don't know how they will turn out. Other than it great one. Thanks for the share.

Try opening and reading simple scripts on gta4-mods.com. See how they do it. That might help. My bud' who happens to script as well, maybe you know him; Jochemd, tried it as well. Unfortunately gave up pretty soon.

Model is by Carface. I converted, retextured it and also made it a Police Package. (Yes, I also released the civillianand taxies) but at the moment I am working on fixes from these and giving them more accuracy. Oh, and no, it's not that high poly at all and also non ELS. So perfect replacers for the copcars. More to come from these. -

It's been so long since we've got any updates and fixes. I wonder if the mod actually is still in progress. My EFLC LCPDFR is so buggy, so I kind of desire to a proper working one. Hope to see something very soon. (:

I am kind of interested in a good looking ENB for Episodes from Liberty City. I tried many already. They all failed on me as the game crashed. So I wonder, what ENB do you guys use? I'd like to see some. As for me, I am not a fan of iCEnhancer. Looks too loney for me. Thanks in advance
