When I first used neolux enb, it was so dark in the night I couldn't see at all. Also I dropped around 10 fps. Its not that I hate neolux enb/ game4videos enb it just doesn't work well with some computers.

For people looking for a decent ENB but do not want to let go of FPS. You do not need really good computer to run this enb but it still looks good. Works great with ELS. If you are using els there are going to be 2 visualsetting files. You must add ENB to the ENB's visualsetting file. It should look like visualsettingsENB.dat. Do you have all the needed things? Scripthook, Dsound, etc. Did you install it properly? Keys: F3 to open trainer. Num.8 and Num 2 to go up and down. Num 5 and Num. 6 to go left or right (next page) If you will be using ELS, make sure you disable Keybindings!

Try disabling windows event collector and windows event log. Search for msconfig in your search bar.
