  1. Go to 1.0B and click download and there should be couple of options and select manual installation.
  2. It seems that Advancescript is missing. Download the LCPDFR 1.0 Manual install and drag everything into your main directory.
  3. This author has made multiple German emergency vehicles: http://www.gtagaming.com/downloads/author/148502
  4. As for a cpu cooler, i would highly recommend the EVO 212 for 30 bucks or if you can afford it the liquid cooling Corsair H100i. Both are very reliable and quiet.
  5. Make sure 0.95 is completely removed and install 1.0B. Are you using a trainer? Make sure the hotkeys are disabled.
  6. Try installing this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/download/details.aspx?id=17431 If you are still having issues, I can teamview if you want to.
  7. When choosing your game folder, select the GTA.exe in the main directory. Could you please quote as I would then get a notification. Thanks
  8. I use this one: -norestriction -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem "1.1" -percentvidmem "100" GTA is a terrible port and modding makes it even more unstable to these texture glitches are common. Try lowering your graphics a bit and turn off V-sync.
  9. try using the "Advanced Mode" (checkbox at the bottom) and manually select your game directory? It might fail when determining yours.
  10. Hmmmm, did you remove 0.95 completely? And also run the diagnostic tool as admin.
  11. Download this: http://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/pc/downloadclient Copy it to desktop and right click it, go to properties and go to compatibility tab and choose Run this program in and select windows 7. Press okay and install the update as admin. Also as mentioned before, patch 1.0.7.0 is mandatory.
  12. Upload to a picture hosting website such as https://imgur.com
  13. You have a good CPU but only a entry level gpu. Everything else is good. You can play the game at around 30ish fps depending in the resolution you are playing it. I suggest you upgrade the graphic card to something better.
  14. In lcpdfr 1.0, they drive for a bit and find a spot to pull over and dont block traffic.
  15. It should be fine. What resolution are you going to be playing on? 1080p might lag.
  16. I'm guessing that the 512 MB is your GPU. It might run at low settings. How much RAM do you have?
  17. Make a commandline. make a new .TXT and name it " Commandline.txt " then copy and paste the following into it exactly how it is -norestriction -nomemrestrict -availablevidmem "1.1" -percentvidmem "100" put the .txt into the main directory of GTA IV where the GTAIV.exe is found
  18. Okay, wont be do any BluRay stuff so guess I'll just stick with my DVD drive then. Thanks! I was thinking about getting the Corsair H100i Liquid cooling for 70 bucks more. I replaced my PSU with the one you recommended too.
  19. I might be hyoer threading a before I was trying to decide if I should go for the I7-4770K or the I5-4670K. I'm also getting a NVIDIA because of shadow play. Also I'm wondering if I should go for a EVO 212 or liquid. Ill look into getting a BluRay player instead and I really don't have a use for a 24 inch monitor as I don't really care about size. Thanks!
