I feel the reward as you speak is making people really enjoy playing LSPDFR. I have a friend who plays LSPDFR, who yes wants to be a real life policeman one day, but who also would like more added to LSPDFR to make the realism of it closer to a real life experiance. I will say this too. Since becoming an officer, LSPDFR is the closet real life police game or simulator that I have found so far that is very close to reality.
Yes you are completely right about roleplaying and how it's not exactly needed for roleplay. However in my own mind, since it's something I'll do anyway everyday I make an arrest, I'd be nice to be able to practice real life stuff within LSPDFR. And as SuperStumpje said, it's not for everyone, that's why if ever made its way into LSPDFR, you could make an option or whatever so not every user has to use it.
Just some thoughts of mine. I figure this post will either be a waste of time, or may eventually become something. Either way, if I happen to make someone else's gaming experiance that much better by adding more realism, as I know my friend Jayden would like, then that's great.
