    I think ( from what I've seen) that you have to select the material then fit the light texture to the square (or somewhat, sorry).

    Use SparkIV & click edit on the car model in the game directory, then overlight the texture you have to replace & click import on the 1 you have red & blue ;)

    The skin is for the police car( if you want you can replace a police car with the flyus 1) but you can use area livery mod to get the skin to spawn only in the airport area.
