If SA uses .wav, I think you can export them, then edit the .ivaud file & import the sound in it (if they are mp3, don't know now, convert them before)

Man BPM is an user that is on yt & facebook (Eric's group is called).

You can just go in vehshare into vehicles.img & replace the dirt textures with a clear 1 so you never get dirty cars.

You can't get a template the maximum you can do is opening the texture file with spark & making a skin using the original 1 but textures will be where original 1s are because only that part is mapped

It's just unpossible since els always causes the car to fix itself & would conflict with epm...
