  5. I don't think he is Savior. He means the whole game look blue-ish. The palette is blue but I had tried changing that too & it's not much different.
  6. It's how the ENB is made, it looks very similar to G4V's for that effect. If you want you can try dloo's ENB that one has natural colours.

  8. I think you have to enable one thing into the trainer to make them all be spawnable.
