Stinkace  win's  based  on the fact that most of  Soutar4x  is a copy and paste  job off of Detroit's police cars

Hmm. Soutar's is the best, but it would be better if Stinkace's was on a Charger, then it might be a little different.

I have 3 members of My group that can provide statements that i scratch made that skin. it looks almost nothing like Detroit as i did not base it entirely on DPD. the Skyline is of Google images so is the Black skyline on the Hood.

the 2 images you copied off google are pretty much your whole car 

there's no way and you can't tell me / make me believe that you scratch made the  city skyline I can tell its a image I can make almost the same excat thing

Everything is scratch made except from the skyline, as i said be-four i coped it from the Internet. i don't get what you mean quite frankly because i worked VERY VERY hard on that skin and it took me 3 or 4 tries to make it perfect, Fair enough you like Nicks skin, i like it to and i respect your choice, i just don't know how you could say that my whole skin is copy and pasted because it very clearly and with experience it not. Have a nice day,..i am done...
