The Savegame.fr is an autosave that is loaded when the game crashes. You can't manually open it as far as I know. Not sure why you'd want to though, as there is nothing to save while on duty.

There is nothing broken on that vehicle. As stated by TaylorSwift (and on that download page too, I'm assuming) the lightbar spawns randomly. Sometimes it's there, sometimes it isn't. It's something with extra_10, but I don't know what as I'm no modder.

So from what I can see on Dutch TV, police have raided both the supermarket and the printing company. Hostages seem to be safe, gunmen are apparently dead. NOT OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED AT TIME OF POSTING

I don't know why the whole phone thing is disabled/broken/whatever or if it can be enabled, but unfortunately the taxi can't be enabled as the mechanics of it are used for pulling over vehicles. Enabling the taxi option would make it impossible to pull cars over, and pretty much ruin the entire idea of the mod. Like others said, the trainer is probably your best bet.

Can't recommend anything as I'm not actually using an ENB myself, but I can tell you that ENBs shouldn't affect LCPDFR in any way so it won't matter that much which one you install.

In that case, blame server issues I guess.

You did read the green server maintenance notice at the top of the page, did you?

SparkIV has to be installed in the game folder you want to use it for, OpenIV can be changed in the options (open OpenIV > click OpenIV at the top of the program > OpenIV options > Game)

Try disabling the trainer hotkeys. It's somewhere in the trainer options.

Personally, I think it doesn't even need the grille lights, or anything else in the back. The beacon seems fine to me, looks like an '80s detective car.

Does it work on other vehicles? Because if so, it might have something to do with the ambulance itself. Try switching liveries manually with a trainer (assuming you have one)

Could you please open vehicles.ide (your GTA foldercommondata), scroll down to the ambulance and check if it has +livery at the end of the line? Also, please use spoilers for long posts like this one. Posting the entire ALM config makes your post way too long.

Try removing xliveless and use dsound, maybe that'll work. (NOTE: make sure you don't have both xlive and dsound installed at the same time. It won't work)

You're not supposed to ckicck GTAIV.exe. You'll have to start the game as administrator with LaunchGTAIV.exe

One of the automatic installers has some kind of ad thingy that some anti-virus programs mark as a virus. You can either tell Norton to ignore, download the other automatic installer or download the manual install.

That topic must've been the biggest mess I've ever seen on this site, and it was great! Also, yes, the Squid probably escaped.
