I'm going to wait this one out. At least until actual tests come out and people can review the card. Honestly I think this last generation was a bit overhyped. My 980 is just fine for every game that has come out this year, and I can't see it being a problem for a while. I am a little worried about heat throttling in this card generation though.

You may benefit from directx 11. It allows for more anti aliasing options, which in my opinion make the game look a whole lot better. Sometimes direct x 10 works better for some and worse for others. There are no guarantees that DX 11 makes the game run better. I've had situations where reverting to DX 10 saved 15 or so frames and times where DX 11 were better.

The only thing that should effect that is the visualsettings.data file.

I just use RadianceV. Same exact thing you installed. Do you possibly have something in a mod folder that is over writing the installation?

I honestly have no idea what the problem is. It seems like you did everything correctly.

Very strange. Do you think you could post a screenshot of your settings? I can't figure out what could be causing it. Also, did you install Radiance and then install Visual V or did you install Visual V and then install Radiance?

try turning your shader settings up

Can you take some pictures so I can see how dim they are? Visual V's visual settings is terrible imo, so it could be that it is overwriting the Radiance V.

How did you get past the whole gfwl screens. It immediately crashes when I hit play on steam

I don't know about this. I can't even get the base game to start (no mods) on Windows 10.
