4.0: I'd like to start by giving a shoutout to @PoliceLifeS for creating an awesome mod which can be found HERE! Cars will no longer explode in the ANPR callouts if you don't perform a traffic stop - it's no longer formally required. I still heartily recommend performing a traffic stop for a better experience. Fixed some issues with the Fire situation - car catching fire even if the passenger was shot. Added a new callout: ANPR Hit: Drugs Runners! This is a less lethal callout than the Owner Wanted, while still testing your alertness to the limit! Relies on Albo1125.Common 2.2. Callout: ANPR Hit: Known Drugs Runners in vehicle. This callout is less lethal than the Owner Wanted callout. It still tests your alertness to the limit, however! The target vehicle has strong links to drugs runners, meaning there may be valuable evidence on board the vehicle. When you stop the vehicle, the suspects may try to dispose of it by throwing it out of their vehicle. Mark the locations where evidence is dropped by pressing 9 (default) and arrest the suspects. You then go back to collect the vital evidence and present it to court by pressing 0 (default). The judge's decision will be greatly influenced by the amount of evidence presented to him, so make sure you watch for it being disposed of carefully, mark it and collect it all! Albo1125.Common 2.2, RPH 0.25+ and RAGENativeUI.dll required as packaged!!!! Will look into this for the next release! Might add this in a future release thanks for suggesting!
