Note: This review was written a number of weeks ago and may not be current any longer. After testing this extensively over my past few playing sessions by taking it out and putting it back in repeatedly to detect a difference in AI behaviour, I have come to the following conclusions. When driving & using your lights and sirens: Any moving traffic in front of you tends to turn their vehicles out of the way as normal, except they tend to do so at a larger angle. On most occasions, this resulted in the AI pulling right into my path causing me to crash into them or very narrowly avoid them by swerving around them. Perhaps you can detect which side I'm passing on with some Vector3 checks to make them swerve away from me? (If you need any help feel free to post in the API dev forums ). Any stationary traffic in front of you behave in exactly the same way as normal - no difference. When performing a traffic stop with lights on & sirens silent (as instructed by the author) No difference to the AI's behaviour whatsoever. This is actually a good thing as I would definitely not want traffic not driving past me just because I'm performing a traffic stop (remember that bug in LSPDFR 0.3 where the road was automatically closed during traffic stops?). As for the overall user friendliness of the mod: No readme file or installation instructions provided in the download - pretty unclear. With Install Instructions put to your "LSPDFR" folder for ragehook being the only instructions to be found on the download page, still pretty unclear how to install (it's just that I know where to install this from my personal modding experience that I got it working correctly). Edit: Thank you for using my feedback and elaborating the download page's instructions. No INI file to disable the 'traffic stop move over' feature - although, as stated above, this feature is not working at the moment so this is not really an issue for me right now. Overall verdict: Two stars for the semi-successful attempt to make moving traffic move over better which I think can still use some improvement as explained above. The rest is either absent from the download or I consider it to be in need of further improvement.
  1. They only occur if 1) No pursuit running 2) no callout running and 3) no pullover running. Might explain your issue.
  2. I can 100% relate to this, how coincidental
  3. What utter rubbish. The media actually actively reinforces their stance that muslims should not be generalised as terrorists. The fact that this particular terrorism group calls itself Islamic State and hides behind that religion is their own choice which the media cannot be blamed for in the slightest.
  4. That's my country at the moment With our police using their shift time to block the motorway whilst driving at 40mph to protest, however, I guess it's no surreal possibility.
  5. Where did you find this? This is about a 3 hour drive away from me....It's all getting scarily close. Very sad for all people involved in this, my feelings go out to them. Significant action will need to be taken by authorities to stamp terrorism out of Western Europe. Europe's intelligence agencies really need to step up their game as one of the reasons such a tragic event could happen was the fact that there are far too large gaps in intelligence regarding terrorism. Combined with pathetic border controls and ridiculous government budget cuts in law enforcement and intelligence, such a tragic act of terrorism has been able to be carried out in Brussels today. I hope this will at least serve as a much-needed wake-up call to end law enforcement and intelligence austerity and to tackle the conflict in Syria, leading to the destruction of IS.
  6. Thanks for the suggestion will add in the next update
  7. Please attach your log and ensure you have updated GTA, RPH and my mods.
  8. Something's wrong on your end, yea. Did you read my reply to that message?
  9. Ah, those plugins are known to delete vehicles when you leave them further away. I suggest reporting the issue to them as I can't stop them from deleting your vehicle. To be sure, you can try if it still happens without it installed.
  10. Delete all vehicle mods and stuff like eup and rde, I think they're causing issues. R* broke a lot of things this patch.
  11. Can see nothing in the log - as it crashed to desktop, most likely RPH 0.37 is having an issue. The latest GTA patch broke quite some things. Suggest reporting this to the RPH forums too :)
  12. This means you still have the old version of Traffic Policer. Delete it and copy the new version in. Make sure you're downloading the newer version and not the old one.
  13. Nope! Sometimes the site sends hoax update notifications when I only change the text. I've only updated the files if the version number increases!
  14. I saw it, don't worry. I don't always have time to reply but I always read comments. Working on fixes
  15. Glad it's fixed We all miss stuff sometimes. Nothing I can do about that unfortunately. You'll have to switch file systems I guess.
  16. This is probably a site issue, corrupting the download. I suggest trying again later and if it still doesn't work, posting in the support forums as I have no control over the site itself.
  17. Yea, and I only mentioned the sanctions if he went ahead and did it, nothing else. If I didn't enforce stuff this way, people would be reuploading my mods every day. They are not ridiculous in the slightest and various repeat offenders of my licence are already on there. If someone can't respect basic copyright guidelines of my very hard work, I don't think they need to be using my mods. I guess you're entitled to your opinion though. On a side note: the old version will be available for download again shortly! The old versions can now be downloaded by clicking the download button and selecting it again.
  18. I don't see how enforcing basic copyright standards by denying people the right to reupload my copyrighted hard work is 'toxic', especially since I provided a professional, non-offensive reminder of the licence agreement. Also I don't like being sworn at for all my work you're using for free.
