Follow the guidelines for troubleshooting pinned at the top of the forum, then post again with the diagnostics log, error logs, system specs, more detailed description of the problem, etc.

Is it consistent? It always happens after one minute or at different times? Also can you give a list of your full computer specifications, such as type of processor, graphics card, etc? I can see you only have 2GB of RAM which is kind of weak.

Should we really even have this topic open since we can't provide 100% working support for modded copies of the game? Improperly installed mods or corrupted files will do this. Use the vanilla cars and see if you get the same results. If I get another mod to agree to my method of thinking, I'm closing this topic.

Look at the version of Windows you have and make sure the update you download matches it.

You have a really low ammount of RAM for this game and the processor is kind of "meh". Try turning down your details.

Avrohom can you not make 50 million posts on here? Especially ones relating to each other.

Back up your stuff, and yes it works fine with LCPD:FR. This belongs in the GTA IV gameplay modification section, also. Moving.

It can create problems with all the error logs that are going to be spammed every other post and people posting solutions to one person, only to have the other one do it instead. It just gets messy.

Road rage is a random event that can happen in GTA IV if a car hits a pedestrian or if two cars hit each other. I handle it by tasing both suspects if they take swings at each other and arresting both parties. We've already heard tons of suggestions about broken down cars, towing, responding to a major accident, etc. There are tons on this forum. But we have a lot of things that we need to perfect first before we add in things like this; some of which are not possible.

ELS is not part of First Response. You can replace what you want, it just may make you crash more. I don't like ELS V6's stability.
