Why would you want the whole GTA IV folder to be not read only? Sometimes when you want to modify like a .dat or .ide archive just change the archive to be writable.

For me it does work...(I don't think the Testers version is any different from the people's)... But also what Break said, you wanted 0.95? There you go.

If you have 0.95 you know the drill, no support for it, go down to 0.91 But I'm pretty sure that while i was reading a guide about "Adding a new car" this error was mentioned. This error is caused by a car model 99.99% sure. That was in the forums of ZModeler.

I downloaded the game and played it just for a day... i think i already uninstalled it... I didn't really like it.

You can usually find the latest version of ENB in gta4-mods.com . Settings? I don't really know because it's a heck of a demanding mod.
