Yes, it's the CIA from EFLC converted into Armoured Man from GTA IV, it has the white guy,chinese and black guy. Made a new super(In my opinion) mod. Well if you wanted to have both Army and NOoSE in your game, you can, because I made realistic skins, helmets, gloves, etc etc for nhelipilot replacing him with the NOoSE archive and then retexturing him completely. So basically with this you can have both Army and NOoSE in the same game. Screens:(Only putting one because each screen is 4mbs... lol, but I'm gonna upload more later. Maybe. Lol) If you want downloads tell me and I'll put them. I will later put some of the car skins i made.

Only bad thing is that there's no way to remove the pockets, tie and the other stuff that makes it look kinda bad. Specular also modified so it reflects A LOT(I know that it's noon in there, but it reflects also in night, and is also more noticeable.) PS: I crouched so my car's lights would hit me directly, because it only reflects if it's hit directly by light(obviously lol). Change Armoured Man for CIA (From EFLC to GTA IV) I felt that the Armoured Man with Sheriff signs was less cooler than CIA with them(Even though CIA man doesn't have duty belt, anyways...) ____ I'm planning on doing a new skin for NOoSE pilot and make him Army and leave the regular NOoSE how they're so i can have both Army and NOoSE in the game lol. Also i've been doing skins for the FCV with different skins as Algonquin Police, Alderney City Police, Broker Police etc, so i can have more varied police. Same thing for Impala, i did K-9, Regular Patrol, Sergeant Patrol, and Traffic Control Unit.

Maybe... 1% chance Police Officer, or just enough to keep them alive until EMS arrives and they have 60% chance like someone said(Yay Imaginary defibrillators ftw!)

I think that's because you're driving faster than the game is loading... so you go too fast and your computer can't load or something like that. It used to happen to me before i bought my new graphics card.

Yeah i know. I keep my ps3 only for non-pc games, because sometimes really good games don't come at pc. I just keep it mostly for that and to play with my friends. Everything else here. I don't know if you have heard of Skyrim, super graphics game etc etc. Do you think if i buy a GTX 200-500 I'll be able to play it?

I think you should try Dsound loader instead of xlive loader. Give it a try. (When installing check dsound and uncheck xlive.)

Tried to do this but my resolution always went back to 800x600 instead of 1260x800. Tried a couple of times and no luck... The archive is supposed to be called "commandline" right? Then you put commands into it like this: -availablevidmem " " -height " " -width " " -nomemrestrict etc etc?

Hehe yeah... I used to do that a lot with Niko. Start punching everyone and run until i find any cop and stand in front of them while everyone is punching me. Sometimes when the cop was going to arrest them they would run or even take out a gun. This is a nice strategy indeed.

That siren is indeed really good now that i pay attention to it... I think mine is similar but it has lower quality. I got it from NBs pack from his videos.

That's weird, it happens to me that if I press F10 they won't turn on the sirens, but i thought it was ELS. If you say you don't have ELS or any ELS cars then it must be a bug.

Cops are not supposed to be the one's that shoot first. If the criminal is running and you kill him is considered a murder because even if he had his gun with him, he's running. Now if he's running and at one moment he aims at you or at any civilian then you kill him. That's what i think and always do.

Can't you basically do most of those things in game already? Like putting everything down?

If you have too many ELS cars or ELSv6 that's the problem. Switch to ELS v5
