  1. I don't think (>THINK<) That it's possible to modify Liveries through Code. (Well at least I haven't seen any script for that)
  2. You didn't have to delete liblua... You just had to delete what taximan said. LCPDFR content inside scripts folder. Or even just LCPDFR.net.dll
  3. CS = C Sharp / C#. Just put them into the scripts folder and it should work.
  4. Really nice! And lol at the avatar.
  5. Maryland State Trooper: (Requested by Hawkeye) LINK: http://www.mediafire.com/?q72aubcq3cmuk5p
  6. You don't really need IVAud lol. Just import and replace horns.ivaud(Most of the time anyway)
  7. Well , I made a simple script that washes and fixes your car, so you don't have to be Opening every 3 seconds SNT (Which is annoying). http://www.mediafire...buly6gz7ais1l24 That's the link. Read the readme and all the stuff etc lol. I'm open to suggestions to make this better for simple functions that you constantly need. If i make any other script I'll post it here.
  8. Yeah, that's why I made it lol. I personally only have SNT for washing the car lol.
  9. Alright... WTF?
  10. Yes, but I have a lot of liveries and I don't like spending like 10 minutes there waiting until i get the livery and a washed car. Anyways I'm not thinking in releasing it , I don't think people will find it useful.
  11. Mmm... Tried doing some flipping and nothing... It just flipped the stuff and It would make me re-position everything again... Like for example 2 stripes on the front door and when I flip it , it would stay like bad... The angle isn't the same and stuff.
  12. Images added to a gallery album owned by xGessx in GTA IV Galleries
Engaging criminals and enforcing the law with a "Cyber" Cop mod lol. Had nothing to do so i did this lol .
  13. There's a way of unlocking of course. But that is not morally permitted, that would be considered stealing... (I don't know if that is Copyright Infringement, but that's not a thing that a respectful person does.)
  14. I used to play... I must have an Account but I think it is US .
  15. They said they weren't accepting bug reports... Well anyways people will keep on posting them anyways, so this is a good idea to keep at least things organized.
  16. It is up for me... And it isn't that slow..
  17. No! I don't want him to die ... It's better if he stays alive, In a prison, his whole life... with all those Rapists in the prison. I'm pretty sure he will get something from them... Death would be the best solution, and the easy way for him. Let him suffer and rot in a prison.
  18. Found this: What is even more incredible is the discussion that this murderous killer may only be sentenced to 21 years... Working the math out this equals, assuming 76 dead, about 100 days for each life taken.... Isn't that incredible that a country which considers itself so humane doesn't even put any worth on human life? 21 years / 76 killed = .2763 years per murder .2763 years * 365 days per year = 100.855 days And also this: http://www.nytimes.c...e/26police.html Unsettling Wariness in Norway, Where Police Are Rarely Armed OSLO — When a man dressed in a police uniform began slaughtering young people at a Norwegian summer camp last week, one of the first to be killed was a real police officer named Trond Berntsen, who for years had worked in security at the camp. Whether Officer Berntsen tried to stop the gunman is still being debated. But facing a man carrying multiple guns and ample ammunition, there was little he could do. Like most other police officers here, he had no weapon. By law, Norwegian police officers must have authorization from their chief to gain access to a firearm, but they have rarely needed to ask, until recently. Violent crime has been steadily increasing, jolting a society used to leaving doors unlocked and children to play without fear. Coupled with growing criticism over the police’s slow response time to the attacks and confusion about the death toll, which was lowered Monday to 76 from 93, there are growing questions about whether the police are equipped to deal with the challenges. ____ Wow... Many people say US law is way too strong... But damn... 100 days per person he killed? That's way too much, you kill a person here in the US and you might get sentence for life.
  19. Maybe like he said, the ones that get permission from the Chief get those guns.
  20. Wait what? Police Officer in Norway don't have guns? WTF IS THIS!? It's like... ... A soldier without his M4 or M16... Or a Fireman without water hose
