Upgraded from Windows 7 to 10... More FPS
I've installed Windows 10 and had no problems whatsoever. I'm using OpenIV, ScriptHookV, Enhanced Native Trainer, Rage Plugin Hook, and some plugins. They all seem to work fine.

Ped Search - Frisk suspects for illegal items!
The newest update will most likely not work due to the way it's built using the newest Rage Hook, but if you wish I can probably PM you a version built with v20 that will work. My plugins (aside from this and Vehicle Search) should work fine as they do not utilize animations.

There is a key modifier, unless I accidentally uploaded the wrong version. I'll check real quick. Edit: Looks like the right version, maybe you downloaded the older one by accident?

LSPD First Response 0.2a Update
Plugins in the Plugins folder will only load if they're in the startup.rphs file or you load it manually when in-game. Plugins in the Plugins\LSPDFR folder will load when LSPDFR is loaded.

Vehicle Search - Search a suspect's vehicle!
It's actually the easiest fix in the world, as it seems I can fix it just by rebuilding the plugin. They'll both be updated soon.

New to Coding
In my experience it crashes when putting my cursor near Entity.MemoryAddress and some other random ones. Really annoying, but if I ever need to do anything and it crashes I can just load up VS 2013 for that part, or even just Notepad++.

Vehicle Search - Search a suspect's vehicle!
Currently, there's no way to disable specific doors to search. I may add a way to enable/disable specific doors in the future.

I don't know how much I could contribute, but having freely available libraries in one place sounds like a great idea.

Vehicle Search - Search a suspect's vehicle!
It may be possible by doing something similar to this, though I'm not completely sure. I'll play around a bit with it.

Entity Persistence - Keeps entities persistent!
I'm working on revamping the code to make use of new Rage Hook functions and generally cleaning up the code. Wasn't doing too much of it the past week as I was concentrating on getting Vehicle Search 2.0 ready for release, but now that it's out I'll have more time for this. I'm also working on Ped Search as well, but this is overdue for an update.

Customizing units that respond as backup
I'd make something like this using the API but I don't think you can actually add entries to those menus with the API currently.

Windows 10
It might actually be a problem with the .dlls being blocked. Dunno how it works on Windows 10 as I haven't upgraded yet.

The Rage Hook ini file is messed up. Replace everything in RagePluginHook.ini in your main directory with this:

How do I change the colour of a blip?
You have to add a reference to it, which means going to the right over to references, right-clicking, and hitting add reference. Then click Assemblies on the left, and search 'System.Drawing'. Check the box next to it, and hit OK. Should work after that. You did say you already did this though; what error is it giving you exactly?
