You can see that there are lots of mods that add police vehicles (for example highway patrol cars/packs, also detectives etc... I also like the IAA guys). So, to have them actually respond, for a future update it would be nice to be able to have a setting in an ini file to customize...

• which vehicle models respond
• on what backup slot
• which cops sit inside
• how many cops sit inside
• whether they are available code 2
• whether they are available code 3
• whether they are only available in pursuits (like the air support unit)
• what guns they carry primarily
• whether they are allowed to do drive-by.

It could look like this:

It doesn't have to be that complex, but it would be very nice to have added cars respond.

It really would be nice. Maybe an API plugin is possible.

This'd be useful to me. Imagine, Vapid Stanier galore! All I'd need now is to find a way to remove the LED light-bar and get the First-Gen Stanier!

I'd make something like this using the API but I don't think you can actually add entries to those menus with the API currently.

I was wondering about this a few weeks ago, I wanted a dedicated marked highway patrol car rather a unmark all the time but would require changing the vehicle in which they respond in.

Would indeed be a great feature.
