Preferably a Liberty County one. I was just saying it could be based on the Hillsborough county one. This is just my personal preference though. Any Sheriff SWAT skin would be awesome since almost none exist.

The model is the Lenco Bearcat by KevinDV: I'm currently using Liberty county sheriff skins, based on the Hillsborough county sheriff's office (http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread.php?1012-Liberty-Sheriff-Pack-by-ncsflorida&s=7903f9314088e3e7b523ab7bb5c8d84e) but it doesn't contain a Sheriff swat skin. I began searching and came across some good pictures of the Hillsborough County swat: http://brandon.patch.com/articles/swat-team-standoff-at-country-villa-estates#photo-7063602 Unfortunately, I noticed there wasn't a single green Sheriff SWAT texture for the Lenco Bearcat available. At least not a fictional Liberty County one. If you could make one, I would be very grateful.

Open "FirstResponse.ini", located in the scripts folder. Under [settings], You'll see "Hardcore= False". Change "False" to "True". Regards

Popcycle.dat (Rockstargames/GTA IV/Common/Data/Popcycle.dat) controls the traffic. When you want fewer or more police cars to spawn, you'll have to edit the "PercCopCars" line for each district in Liberty City. If you want more or fewer police on foot to spawn, edit the line "PercCopPed", again for each district. In your case, just scroll to "PercCopCars" and put the number "1" in every line. It's a lot of data so be prepared to spend a lot of time changing them. I know since I changed mine as well. Or you could do as Scott said and install the "less cops mod". I myself prefer custom settings. Regards

Found an interesting video this morning. Scott Ziegler, a firefighter for the Highland Park fire department, recorded all his firefighting in 2012 with a helmet cam and edited it together in one video. The result is educational and entertaining footage that shows what firefighters have to deal with every day. It seems that the Detroit area has a lot of abandonned buildings that are ideal targets for arsonists. Apparently, the dog is still alive after a recovery in the animal care center. I am a loving dog owner myself so I feel sick watching the dog lying there in terrible pain. He was indeed protecting his handler, just like he was taught. You can't blame the dog for doing something he was trained to do. Also, he didn't attack up untill the point when the officer came within his protecting area. So if the officer hadn't tried to approach him, he wouldn't have tried to bite. Despite of all this, if a pitbull was to come raging at me, I would probably do the same as the officer did.
