Hello to you all, Since I know a lot of you are into airsoft I would like some opinions. During my internship, I got the chance to shoot a glock 17 at the shooting range and I got hooked to pistols. I do already own a spring airsoft sniper, a gamo big cat 1200 air rifle (not airsoft) for occasional plinking in the backyard and some airsoft pistols (eg. Taurus) but nothing fancy or realistic. The strict gun laws in Belgium mean though that I won't have the chance to own a real pistol, at least not until I enlist at the police academy next year That's why I went searching for something as close as possible to the real deal. I got interested in GBB or Gas Blowback pistols. These pistols mimic blowback to deliver a realistic experience. I found there are two options however to power the pistol, being green gas or co2. Hence my question, what would you recommend for a recreational shooter who whants a realistic experience? I seem to have the same problem. Just this morning, everything was fine. Now, whenever I try to prosecute or write off, I get the message "you don't have prosecutor status" although I clearly do.

First, I realise that most of you have seen COPS but I wondered if any of you had seen this particular episode so I thought I should share it. It shows a Kansas city police officer being shot and transmitting an "officer down" call. What you see next is the fellow officers rush to his aid and the manhunt that follows.The shooter gets a special K9 treatment at the end. Indeed, but as Bailey said, we are all humans. Reacting as he did was probably a way of letting his frustrations out. Law enforcement is a demanding job and you don't get much appreciation doing it. I'd wish these people would videotape an officer saving a child out of a burning house, comforting a car crash victim or preventing a robbery but unfortunately I've never encountered any of those videos on youtube... Edit: Ross, you beat me to it :wink:

I agree with the fact that he behaved wrong but I do understand him. Dealing with scumbags and idiots every day can change a man. You start treating everyone the same. He was there to guard the area and keep those street racers out so I think he treated the guy filming as a street racer as well. Nevertheless, his behaviour was unprofessional so I hope he learned form his mistake.

I did some heavy research on cannibals and serial killers (Ed Gein, Dahmer, Gacy, Tsjikatilo,...) in my second year criminology and there are definitely some sick people out there. I wouldn't compare this "zombie man" with other cannibals however. This case just shows the dangers of synthetic drugs and drug induced psychosis. Like Braveheart said, they are common but this is a rather extreme case of delirium.
