In the future, could you add a vest with a K9 label for the K9 officer? While not as common with the agencies EUP copies from, many US agencies require K9 officers to wear plate carriers their whole shift.

This. The NYPD struggles to qualify all of its nearly 40,000 officers twice a year, and their qualification is only 78% hits with 45 rounds. Coupled with the fact many officers don't practice with their firearm outside of work, and only care that it goes bang when they need it to. I agree that in today's climate in the UK tasers should be universal. It would also make the odds better in the event of a knife attack. Perhaps something that could be looked at is familiarization training for current and future officers, that way they could pick up a weapon and stand a chance in the event of an attack involving firearms. It could include common police issued firearms, such as glocks, g36s, hk416s and mp5s, as well as weapons such as AK47s.

Not sure. I think it has more to do with slowing down a speeder than an actual pursuit tactic.

The traditional roadblock seen in movies where all traffic is stopped and cop cars are perpendicular to the road doesn't happen anymore. Some things that are still done is blocking off streets (such as entrances to highways) in order to keep civilians out of the way and rolling roadblocks where police position their vehicle in front of the suspect in order to slow him down. That's often done in agencies that don't authorize the pit maneuver. Also, there have been times where truck drivers have been called on their radio to block both lanes in order to slow a suspect down.

Right now I'm using a vehicle that uses a grille as an extra in order to have a SAP and a honeycomb grille. I'm trying to make it so I have one vehicle slot use both the honeycomb grille and spotlights (extra_9 and extra_8 respectively) and a separate vehicle slot using only extra_10. Currently, the vehicle slot with 2 extras some times spawns without a grille despite the lines. Is there any way to force multiple extras on the same vehicle, or to prevent certain extras from spawning? EDIT: Slight luck on this. I was able to somewhat accomplish my goal by using "FLAG_EXTRAS_ALL" and "<extraIncludes> <Item>EXTRA_8 EXTRA_9</Item> </extraIncludes>", but extra_10 still spawns on that model slot.

cp702 helped me out on steam. Remove "startup.rph" from your GTA V folder, then launch the game through steam. After in game, load RPH.

Yeah. Standard game works fine, it's only the rage version I am having issues with, and it's the same issue as listed in the OP.

When I launch my game using Rage Plugin Hook, I get the usual loading messages associated with it during the loading screens. However, by the time I get in game, Rage has completely unloaded or the game crashes. Latest RAGE version and GTA version is being used. Log in spoiler.
