The initial release of “Rush Hour” includes 4 callouts located in Algonquin with hundreds of spawn points all over the borough. The mod is built from selected callouts of The Wasteland but some of them were modified to fit the new environment. A new feature of zoning system will introduce a whole new level of realism to your gameplay.
A mugging victim calls for help
EMS is requesting assistance (480 spawn points)
A street fight (1756 spawn points!)
Prisoner transport
Special features:
a zoning system let you divide the borough to smaller zones and work in one specific area, no more responding to calls located somewhere on the other side of the borough,
custom radio chatter with real NYPD recordings by FCV96, more will be added in the next releases.

LtFlash got a reaction from SuperDJ1233 for a file, The WastelandThe Wasteland
A pack of callouts and world events for the borough of Bohan. The mod is focused on recreating the conditions of policing in high-crime areas of NYC. You can expect dynamic gameplay as well as ordinary police work.
Due to the fact that the pack is still in development stage every aspect of gameplay may be changed.
List of calls:
1. Burglary in the past
Take a report and look for a suspect. Monitor your radio, another sector car may spot your suspect and need your assistance in pursuing him.
2. A car on fire
Cars in Bohan are rather in poor condition. When FD is busy (in South Bohan: always) you got to back them up with some easier jobs.
3. A car is being stripped
It might be stolen car so be there ASAP before they dismantle it to atoms. Make sure you don't spook the "mechanics" with your siren!
4. Sale of narcotics
Drugs are one of the biggest problem in the neibourhood. Help the community and take another dealer from the streets.
5. Homeless people harassing LTA passengers
Just askin' for a dime, huh? A simple question may turn into a violent attack, respond quick when it’s dark!
6. EMS is requesting assistance
Help paramedics with the aggressive patient.
7. Gang-related assault
Despite of gang activity and violent attacks, people are still jogging after dark. Be on scene as soon as possible, otherwise the victim may not survive.
8. A mugging victim calls for help
Mugging is an everyday crime in Bohan. Go and help a complainant. Drive her to the hospital or canvass the area to find a suspect.
9. Prisoner transport
An ordinary job of a patrolman. Transport a prisoner to the station house.
10. Assist patrolman with a "man with a gun" call
Respond on a request of your fellow Officers. You got to be there in case of hell break loose.
11. An unconscious man
Street events attract people like a magnet. Control the crowd until EMS arrives.
12. A street fight
Common occurence in every busy area. Your task is to restore public order.
13. Drug usage
Bohan is highly infested with drugs and you are the one who is suppose to fight it. Take all possible safety measures while handling calls connected with intoxication.
14. Commercial burglary
Store owners are struggling to keep their businesses running. Without police assistance they won’t make it. Be in the right place at the right time to catch goons who destroy the local business.
15. Robbery of street gamblers
What gives more fun than shooting dice with friends? And wherever there is money there are robbers. Keep your gun prepared while responding to this call!
List of world events:
wanted person,
person with a weapon,
person with a bat,
unconscious civillian,
a known felon,
a decaying vehicle,
a foot pursuit.
Special feature:
a custom radio chatter based on real NYPD recordings.
Have fun! I expect some feedback here:

LtFlash reacted to PNWParksFan for a file, Better EMSBetter EMS brings a whole new level of medical response to LSPDFR. And given how often you crazy officers run people over, shoot them down, beat them up, and otherwise put their lives in danger... it's about time the medics in Los Santos picked up their game.
Packed with features to give your casualties their best chance of survival, Better EMS has several key benefits:
Integration with popular mods including Arrest Manager, Patrol Toolkit, LSPDFR+, Police Smart Radio, PeterU Callouts, and more! Realistic response units: A fire truck will dispatch from the nearest fire station, and an ambulance will dispatch from the nearest hospital. Customize your backup units and spawn points. Life guards respond near the beach, park rangers respond in the mountains. Use any vehicle as a response unit. Dynamic dispatch audio based on the injuries detected. Revival probability is dynamically adjusted based on injury type, body part hurt, and how long it took for EMS to arrive. Custom revival probabilities - edit the survival chances for any combination of injury and body part! Revived patients are taken to the ambulance and driven to the hospital, not just left to wander off! If more people get hurt while EMS is on scene, they will quickly tend to the new casualties. Detailed incident report tells you the name and status of each patient. Developer API allows plugin creators to call for EMS, or for an ambulance to transport a single ped.
Full instructions are included in the README file; please read it carefully!
This mod requires LSPDFR 0.4.6 or later. There are no other external dependencies besides LSPDFR and the files included with the download.
If you have crashes, bug reports, etc, please post in the forum thread and upload a copy of your RagePluginHook.log, your EMSUnits.xml file, and your INI file. No support can be provided for problems reported in reviews, or not providing the required files listed above.
A big thank you to everybody who helped with the development of this mod!

LtFlash reacted to FinKone for a file, Backup Callout(1.0d + 1.1 LCPDFR Callout)Backup Callout is a plugin for LCPDFR 1.0d, which uses LCPDFR API calls to plug in fluidly into your game.
Its currently all about assisting a primary officer, which has requested dispatch for a additional unit (YOU), to assist him in a high risk and normal traffic stops.
Be careful. These felons don't want to go back to jail.
You will find bugs. You might even crash. It will improve over time.

Installing Tutorial
Recent Update Notes :
Update 1.20 added more spawn locations (REFER TO MAP PICTURE UP TOP FOR LOCATIONS), added even more handling and improves to protect from a crash in the event of a bad spawn. Tested and working 100% with LCPDFR 1.0d, and 1.1. Later versions after this one MAY however, require 1.1.. we'll see I want to use some of the new APIs.
Update 1.19 added more polish to the normal traffic stops. Added more protection in the event of a bad spawn (tips from LMS and LtFlash helped a lot in improving this go around). Still going to polish up this one a bit more, should clean itself up 100% of the time without a crash in the event of a bad spawn/fail spawn. No new spawns, just didn't have time.
Update 1.18 [hotfix] The aborts got a little jacked up, I made a mistake. Not if the callout fails to create - it should abort and clean up without throwing a fit on its way out the door. LCPDFR should no longer crash if this callout fails.
Update 1.18 - More spawns! The warzone has been added! (Bohan), different spawn system (not location, but creation of peds), to reduce callout failure. Normal traffic stops added (Still be ready for anything... ;) ), Manager line 169 error shouldn't be a large issue any longer.
Update 1.14 - Worked on protecting the game from having a fatal crash. Still working on the script crashes that are happening. If you are getting a null ref NOT related "GTA IVLCPDFRSVNbranchesLCPDFR Ambient ActionLCPD First ResponseLCPD First ResponseLCPDFRCalloutsCalloutManager.cs:line 169", Feel free to let me know - otherwise if that is in your log, I'm working on correcting this for the next update. 1.14 uploaded again. Only correction was the version when callout plugin, plugins. Forgot to update version. :|
Update 1.09 "HIGHWAY" should see minimal crashing. More spawns added (check map picture). The only goal of this was to make it more stable in terms of the event spawning. There are still some issues with the events themselves (Officer car not despawning properly, minor hangs.)
Update 1.08 "HIGHWAY" is more stable. I've disabled all old method for spawning in the cars. This is a static method. If you are having a lot of trouble with the other versions, TRY THIS. If you are not - there really is no need to upgrade. This is my attempt to discover why it works for some, but not for others. Most stable release, does not features city backups, only highwaycallouts for the BROKER AND DUKES HIGHWAY AREAS. Will not spawn them on the other three islands. South East Main Island Only (game starting location)
Update 0.97 "Disregard the Disregards" edition - Attempts at making more stable, and reducing the chance of a disregard. Light testing on this version.
Reduced chances of fatal crashes by putting more protection in.
Completed Features:
Traffic requests happen map wide, city and highway.
4 out comes to the traffic stop - all of which can change based on the random statistics given to the felon on creation.
Assign State or County Police Officers to Highway Traffic stops and assist (Just read the INI for once!)
Idea pool + planned features
Suspect flees on foot
Suspect throws drugs on ground (player must collect)
Improve spawning of city related felon traffic stops (rarely grabs a bad spot)
Add carspawn options (letting players pick which vehicle in a INI spawn as the primary, and officer uniforms.), add stock spawning variety.
Add spawn points for highway traffic stops (current method needs to grow to handle this)
Add non-felon stops, traffic assists for normal infractions
To add, have suspect with drugs chance to flee vehicle and drop drugs. Vehicle can be searched for drugs also (don't just clear the scene!)
KNOWN ISSUES
Bad spawn location for callout. Poor placement of units (sometimes in buildings) - this will improve more over time.
Forcing a callout back to back can fail to create the police car and officer if it was not yet deleted from memory. I do not force these to be deleted, because I want the suspect car to be there when you get back!
Bad spawning, criminals floating, incorrect position, stuck. This is most likely due to the users computer, I'll be reducing the distance they are created and see if that helps combat this issue. High end rigs / well setup games are rarely reporting this.
Police Officer Car not despawning, but Officer despawning.
Crash (rarely) when aiming at criminal when transition from my script control is given to LCPDFR.
Vehicles fail to spawn and land on ground (being looked into, seems to be the case on slower computers/bogged down computers).
LCPDFR having a issue out of my control and causing a script crash. Been talking with other scripters and have been told this one might be out of my hands. It doesn't do it that often. Its happening on accepted and I'll be investigating I way around it.
Working on a solution for this crash error - "GTA IVLCPDFRSVNbranchesLCPDFR Ambient ActionLCPD First ResponseLCPD First ResponseLCPDFRCalloutsCalloutManager.cs:line 169"

StopShittingBricks® stops peds in cars from, well, shitting bricks / freaking out and running you over.
StopShittingBricks® is not a plugin but a file modification, so performance drops are non-existent.
StopShittingBricks® will stop most peds in vehicles from freaking out when shots are fired, they will still react when being shot at.
Peds on foot are unchanged.
Please note that this is an alpha version, and it is not perfect yet, some cars might still freak out.
Place the included events.meta in update/update.rpf/common/data using OpenIV.
A backup file is also provided.

LtFlash reacted to Lt.Caine for a file, FS Unitrol Omega 90 SirenThe Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90 siren for GTA V.
DESCRIPTION
− A sound modification which replaces the main GTA V siren tones with those of the Federal Signal Unitrol Omega 90k.
− Features the following tones: AH, WL, YP, and PY.
NOTES
− Due to game limitations, the priority tone (PY) will be applied to all of the game’s emergency vehicles.
− To apply this siren to any emergency vehicle, in the vehicles.meta file, set its <handlingId> flag to one matching the name of an emergency vehicle that uses the base siren and is similar in handling (ex. POLICE, POLICE2, POLICE3, PRANGER, POLICET…)
INSTALLATION
− Always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files.
− To avoid the need to overwrite original game files, use the “mod” folder method provided by OpenIV.
− 1. Using OpenIV, open the file: “mods /x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf”.
− 2. Once inside, find and replace the vehicles.awc file with one of those provided in the download.
− 3. Close OpenIV.
REDISTRIBUTION
− You may modify and redistribute this modification as long as all credits are respected.
CREDITS

LtFlash reacted to Stealth22 for a file, Code 3 CalloutsCode 3 Callouts
"Attention all units, officer needs assistance. Shots fired. All available units, respond Code 3."
This is a plugin that I have been planning for ever since I started writing scripts for LSPDFR. Now that the LSPDFR API has come out, this idea has now become a reality!
The focus of this plugin is to create a realistic experience where the player needs to do some actual police work. Police work is not always about flicking on the lights and sirens and flying down the road at 100 MPH. Nor is it always about pulling out an AR-15 and emptying a clip on a suspect.
In fact, most of the time, police work is all about dealing with people. Hearing both sides of the story. Figure out who is lying, and who isn't. Sometimes you have a helping hand when you have an eyewitness, and sometimes not. Or sometimes you will get eyewitnesses who contradict one another. Bob says the bank robber's car was blue. Jane says the car was red. Turns out, Jane was on her cell phone, and wasn't paying attention. Oh, and Bob was in the bathroom, so he didn't actually see anything. You later find out that the car was actually green.
The first version has four different callout scenarios. Each will have their own degree of variation, so you will not have exactly the same situation every single time!
Code 3 Callouts is designed to work alongside other callout plugins, to create the most exciting and realistic experience possible.
It is YOUR job to determine what actually happened based on the evidence. Its time for your shift, Officer. Gear up, and move out.
Requirements
You MUST have the latest version of Rage Plugin Hook installed, as well as a legal copy of GTA V. YOU MUST HAVE VERSION 0.39 (OR NEWER) OF THE RAGE PLUGIN HOOK! This plugin has been tested on v757.4 of Grand Theft Auto V, but will work with newer versions. You must have at least v0.3.1 of LSPDFR Features
TEN different callout situations, each with their own varying scenarios. Fully integrated dispatch audio, to create a realistic experience. Requires the player to investigate each call, and do some actual police work to determine what ACTUALLY happened. Remember, just because someone called 911 to report something, does not mean that's precisely what happened. Altered suspect behaviour based on the response of the officer NEW - AMBIENT EVENTS! NEW - INTEGRATION WITH LSPDFR COMPUTER+! Credits
A very special thank you to...
@LukeD - Lots of helpful advice, and helping me get comfortable with the API! Plus working together to ensure our callouts can work alongside each other! @FinKone - Same as above, plus testing and showcasing the plugin for me! Erwi - For helping me out with some code issues! @DCP1293, @LtFlash, and @Straysify - Testing earlier versions of Code 3 Callouts for me! Thanks a lot! @Albo1125 - For graciously sharing some of his code with me, helping me out with the CAD popup windows, giving me the idea for the new suspect vehicle search logic, and for helping me testing this version! @JFavignano and @Bayareabuggs - For being my guinea pigs... I MEAN testers, and giving me lots of useful feedback! Both of you have contributed a lot towards the success of this plugin, whether it be testing things for me, or just showcasing the callouts! Your guys' videos gave me lots of ideas for things to fix and improve!! @Zachary Houseknecht and @Polecat324 - Thanks a lot for showcasing the callouts, and for testing beta versions for me!! I really enjoy watching your videos! @goigle - For giving me the idea of the Assault observation window...which in turn led me to think of the CAD popup idea! Thanks a lot! @MulleDK19, along with all the other dev's on the RPH IRC channel - For being patient, and helping me out with code issues that I had difficulty with, plus testing things out for me!!
My sincerest apologies if I missed anyone! Callouts
Most of these callouts are "Code 2" calls, meaning, they do NOT require a "Code 3", or "lights and sirens" response. Part of police work is to actually drive at normal speeds, and obeying traffic laws and red lights while driving to a call!
If you're stuck in a traffic jam, you can use your lights to get yourself through an intersection, and then resume driving normally. But be careful about using the siren...you don't want the suspect to know that you're coming, do you?
See the PDF documentation for more information on all of the callouts included.

LtFlash got a reaction from TheDarkAngel for a file, Rush HourThe initial release of “Rush Hour” includes 4 callouts located in Algonquin with hundreds of spawn points all over the borough.

LtFlash got a reaction from OblongGaming for a file, The WastelandThe Wasteland
