  1. Everyone is using the cracked version 2.2.4. If you don't mind it being cracked then i can send it to you
  2. If the lights aren't showing correctly in game after converting then you will have to rotate the dummies into the correct position. DO NOT move the dummies, only rotate them and rotate dummies only, not the dummies and lights.
  3. No you don't need internet to play LSPDFR, makke sure you have scripthookv and the ragehook files in your GTA 5 installation folder.
  4. It takes some getting used to but it gets really easier aftewards...lol
  5. Every time Cockstar(not Rockstar) updates GTAV the files gets change and the place where your carvariations and/or vehicles.meta file was placed becomes inoperable. for example, the police3 slot used to work when GTAV came out and modded cars for that slot was placed in x64e, and the meta files in the corresponding places. Then when GTA V got updated with the dlc patchday3ng the slot in x64e with the modded vehicle stopped working because the police3 slot in the updated dlc became the working slot. and by that happening so did either or both the meta files. The main working vehicles.meta file is placed in the update.rpf file, but the carvariations goes to different dlcs. You usually have to look in each one to find where it goes. Some people have made they're own configs for they're cars and placed them in the most recent or updated carvariatio.meta dlc.
  6. There are multiple ones throughout the dlc's and in the updates.rpf. The ones that come with the vehicles tells you where to place them in order for them to work as intended. If you ever run into a problem where you've accidently put one in the wrong place all you have to do is delete the dlc or rpf that you placed it in and just copy a fresh one to the mods folder and try again.
  7. The vehicles.meta file applies to handling, camera view, what officers drive the vehicle, what weapons can be equipeed when entering the vehicle, dashboard type, extras and so forth. The carvariations.meta file pertains to how many liveries a vehicle can have and the lighting settings. It is recommended that you use the carvariation.meta or/and vehicles.meta file that come with the vehicles. The same goes for the vehicles.meta file. If you already have a modified version of those files then all you need to do is find the info that pertains to your vehicle and copy and paste to your modified files
  8. Ok, if the vehicle is unlocked then you will need to delete the lights you don't want in zmodeler3 and replace them with ones that have been converted for gta v. You will also want to delete the materials from the materials browser so you won't have any conflicts with textures that are using the same name.
  9. You haven't said if you made the car or not.
  10. You can only do that with either a car you made yourself, or permission from the person that made the police model, and on top of that the models are locked.
  11. I used to have that same issue, especially when my car explodes it duplicates. It's caused by a part you put on the car, what you have to do is unlink your parts and them put them on one by one and try them in game. Once you the car starts duplicating in game again then you know what part is causing it.
  12. It ususally happens when you only replace one wft instead of both, click on both the wft's that you importeed using openiv to make sure you imported both files correctly.
  13. Did you make the car?
  14. So you didn't make the car. then try turning up your postfx to it's highest setting and then set shader quality to its highest setting and see if it changes.
  15. Did you set the textures up as lightsemissive
  16. Actually it's just one of my cars i made and never released. I also have a police model with a liberty lightbar... This is an old version of my car, i have since updated it.
  17. First person view comes default, try going into first person view first then get into the vehicle.
  18. Yeah, same one i'm using. vehicle options is above vehicle spawn. once you select it you should see vehicle mod.
  19. If you have the trainer you can just go to car options/vehicle mod/windows and change them.
  20. Go in game to your graphics settings and set your postfx to it's highest settings, then set your shader quality to it's highest settings. Then you will see the difference in the lighting
  21. You have to set your postfx to it's highest setting and then set the shader quality to it's higher setting. Also most people that have that level of lighting are also using Radiance V and VisualV enb.
