Since there isn't many caprice ppvs out i'm releasing this. It has the code 3 solex lightbar and can be used as a sliktop. This car comes els lighing equipped but is optimized to use with default lighting.It comes with working windshield wipers If you are using my animated cvpi then there's no need to use the carcol in this file for it uses the same one. To install this vehicle place it in the patchday4ng vehicles.rpf file and enjoy. Side Note: if you decide to use default lighting, please set your sirensetting to 13 in your carvariations.meta file. Yes, all you have to do is rename the files to police and import them into x64e.rpf. Next open your vehicles.meta file with notepad or notepad++ and and copy and paste my settings over the settings for police. next change the model name from sheriff to police and make sure you change the drivers of the car to s_m_y_cop_01. save, import back into correct location and have fun. The vic is by Cj24 and the car came with the interior and chrome....lol. I will be sure to update it to the newest vic after i release the caprice. Thanks for the input. I used bobble_hand and bobble_head. The easiest way to do it is by exporting the hearse located in the halloween dlc. Once you import it into zmod3 unlink all 3 bobbles, which include bobble_base. using whatever you want to bobble move it into the position on whatever part you want to bobble then copy the pivot points from the original model to he new. uncompound, delete default model, replace with your model and recompound it and done.- 49 comments

Hello everyone, I bring you the first but not last release of LE revamped. This cop can now where his vest along with your choice of holster with gun, holster without gun and now with leg holster. Hi everyone, so basicly i'm trying to create a dlc for my caprice before i upload it because it uses els type lighting and i don't want it to override the default lighting, because as you know it'll override the lighting for any emergency vehicle that uses that sirensetting. I tried making it a custom sirensetting but all it did was cause a game crash, so basicly it needs it's own dlc and such and i've been trying for the past couple of days without success Any help is greatly appreciated..

Being that the game was made to support the 360 controller and not the ps3, the easiest thing to do would be todownload and install a controller emulator. The best free emulator is X360ce, and the best paid emulator is game profiler(that's in my opinion of course).

The notepad and pencil is located in x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/v_minigame.rpf/prop_notepad_01.ydr x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/v_minigame.rpf/prop_notepad_02.ydr x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/p_v_lev_des_skin.rpf/p_notepad_01_s.ydr x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/v_minigame.rpf/prop_pencil_01.ydr. I plan on replacing the notepad and pencil with a pen and citation holder....lol

Actually i have a code3 solex dev model which was never released publicly. I do in fact know someone who released gtaiv vehicles which had the lightbar but was later taken down when he left the site.

I read hurk's lighting guide last night and it is confusing, and on top of that it says nothing about configuring lights without coronas, but i think i might know so i'm gonna give it a try.

In my state we usually arrest them, but it is also at our discretion, If we don't arrest them then we issue them a summons to go to court and either have the vehicle towed or have a relative or friend pick up the vehicle.
