  1. Question 1. You have to create a mods folder and put the dlc's into the mods folder. This will leave your game vanilla in case you wanna play online. For example, if the instructions say to place the car file into x64e then you would have to copy the x64e.rpf to your mods folder and then place the car files into it and you can do all of this via openiv. Qestion 2. The arrest manager runs with LSPDFR, as with most callouts and other plugins, so yes LSPDFR needs to be installed and running. Police Radio runs with it also. Question 3. Copy STREAMED_VEHICLES_GRANULAR.rpf from the x64/audio/sfx folders to your mods folder and then edit any car files via Openiv
  2. Why didn't you just message me on skype and ask fool. Think real hard and you'll know who i am. Back child support, that should give you a clue.
  3. You can just uninstall net framework 4.6 by going to your uninstall program option and removing it from there.
  4. Make sure you placed the trainer and skiin control files in the root of the installation folder, not the scripts, mods, or plugins folder. which plugins do you have that are not working and what folders did you place them in.
  5. It's a little harder to explain but easy to do if you are editing the carvariations.meta file. If you are edititng the vehicles.ide file then locate the name that the car is under and add +liveriy to the end of the ide line.
  6. Since the the update the weapons need to be installed in the updated dlc.
  7. If you are doing it for GTA V then you need to edit the carvariations.meta file. located in mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpheist/dlc.rpf/common/data and if it's for GTA IV you need to edit the vehicle.ide file located in common/data folder
  8. I was wondering if anyone knows you to create an openiv install package for GTA V. I wanna make it easy for everyone to install my vehicle without the mess of manual labor....lol
  9. Hello my good people, Does any one know where the tuneable parts files are located? Thanks
  10. Hi everyone, Do anyone by chance know where i can find the most updated vehicles.meta file for police and police4, not any other police, i know where those are...lol
  11. cols means your collisions On your lods panel press col and it should show only your collisions, hide all collisions except the windows collisions.
  12. Select your window cols and go to properties. Double click on User-Defined Options and in the box type Crash. Make sure you click apply or it won't work. Next open up your Material Browser and locate the glass materials, select the regular vehicle_vehglass not vehicle_vehglass_inner and click on User-Defined Options and in the box type in Crash. now try ingame and windows should break.
  13. Hello everyone, this is the first time i actually post, but i was wondering if anyone knows if there was a way to mod peds yet, and i mean the models not textures. Thanks
  14. You can use the modded game online, all you have to do is uninstall the asi loader, and you can do this by running your openiv program and click on uninstall asi loader. Then when you wanna play modded again just run openiv to install the asi loader again. I do it all the time. The only catch is that your installation game has to be using a mods folder, not the original game files. If your modded games is using the original files then take your unmodded game and make a mods folder in it and move your modded files from the modded game to the mods folder in the unmodded installation. Then you can delete the modded one and release 60gb of space.
  15. There's a mod on this site that increases traffic and and planes, and also changes ads and billboards and such to reflect the real LAX
  16. yes, cornelius.evans
  17. There are 3 options to fix it that you can do. 1. use a black texture for the specmap texture. 2. open up any paint program and put a black layer over the texture and lower the opacity between 60-80 percent. 3. attach the lightsemmisive mesh to the left headlight. by doing this the panels will turn on when you turn on the headlights. Hope these options help.
  18. Hello everyone, Can anyone who is familiar with GTA V car mechanics tell me If there is a certain number of extras that can be used and if it's only certain numbers because i'm making a vehicle and i was only able to use extras 1-3 and 11-12. all numbers from 4-10 didn't work so i'm hoping someone can shed some light to this. Thanks again.
  19. check to make sure that they are using the lightsemissive material and not the regular mesh material.
  20. Specify which game you are using the ally light for.
  21. The second boxes in the blend operation and the Arg2, never change
  22. in the second pic you do not change the ones in the second boxes, only the first, but other then that it's good
  23. Always use it because it helps lower the amount of textures in your wtd. Each regular texture you use has a size which make both the wft and wtd file size bigger. So by using the veshare textures as much as possible it lowers the size and does not need to be imported into your wtd file. The game itself automatically loads the textures. So if you have an object that's using the same textures 2 or 3 times, replace those with the veshare textures. But never replace the first texture in the box.
