I agree with you, releasing mods before they come out to YouTubers isn't fair, even if the person gives permission to beta test it. Beta Testers are used ONLY to test upcoming mods and not to RECORD+UPLOAD their thoughts on it so that the viewers can just sit back and never need to go onto the downloads section and ACTUALLY look at the mods, they rely on the YouTubers to just sit there and beta test, review, play and record+upload the recent mods so that their viewers can just be lazy and just never ever need to look at the downloads section of lcpdfr.com ever again, they can just sit back and wait until a REALLY GOOD mod comes out which 3/4 of the people on lcpdfr.com do, and that is called being lazy. Just look at the world after YouTube came out, everyone just YT searching everything in life, even books as well, people read-along to people reading books on YT! That's crazy. Just look at all of the idiots just clicking the 1 star button on people's mods and saying THIS IS CRAP and just clicking 'DELETE ACCOUNT' and leaving forever. Which really bothers me. People who give their mods to YOUTUBERS really need to consider that they're ruining secrets.

If you are wondering I do have a ZModeler3 license, I paid for it like 2 months ago and I have the 2 year subscription XD. I tried to import it and it said this "Can't import. ERROR: This model is locked, please try again"

Do you have more than one Gtalua.asi installed? That may be the problem

Just delete the non-ragehook mods and then if that doesn't let you into MP let me know of any modded rpf files and I will give them to you via a MediaFire link in a PM This may be a big wait for you as no-one has replied. But, don't let that slow you down!

Yeah, I'm with you too. All of those crappy made lightbars are a piece of crap and aren't very useful. I would recommend just keeping them stock until someone decides that everyone has had enough of these crappy lightbars and things that don't look good among other cars. I can't even imagine pulling over someone with U.K. License plates and everyone around you is like Umm... Is your license plate supposed to be here? That's just a weird feeling when driving a Peel-P50 around Los Santos. It really bugs me.

Also, if that still doesn't work then try google searching GTAV.exe backup and you should find it, I'm not sure if it is there though and if it is some forums website, I wouldn't recommend doing it XD

To the most extent, you can import them, I just imported my siren into my game like 2 hours ago. It is working fine for me. Try reinstalling OpenIV and see if that fixes the problem If you still can't install it, you can go to this link here and locate their forums and make a support request there, they are a big help when it comes to these issues Good luck, If you need any more help feel free to PM me and I will help with my best abilities

Yeah 0.30 and 0.31 have crashes that relate to the 'ISDEVELOPERMODEENABLED' bug everyone is having when they start up RPH 0.30/0.31

There is also another issue that @TheUniT didn't mention! There is an issue with the new RageHook that is crashing everyone's game and your game. I would recommend downgrading back to RPH 0.29 on RPH's website! Everyone's been having this issue recently

I've been waiting for a while now for some really awesome K9 skins for a lot of the vehicle models and I just find one or two K9 skins that are complete rubbish every now and then, I've been driving a Charger with a K9 skin that looks like a baby made it and It really bugs me! XD Pictures: Information: You know when that guy made the really awesome Hero Cop mod? The one that allows you to be a K9 unit and have a K9 partner? After he released it, everyone needed an awesome K9 unit vehicle, that's what I'm asking for!
