So I started using the flares that you can drop and I really like them. here my example of their usage the only problem is that they fizzle out after 1 min, could anyone make a script that makes them persistent until you decide to delete them, like Albo's Barriers?

Those blocks seem like they are placed down to absorb the damage before the suspect slams into the cop car behind it? If you managed to get around a bus blocking the road you deserve to get away :P

We have those in London and most of England actually. In London we use the old ones and some new ones The old ones are used for Riots and stuff because it doesn't matter if they get damaged because they're old

Doesn't really matter what your build is GTA 4 will crash anyway because its the worst PC port thats even been done. I would build a PC to GTA V standards and get LSPDFR

Could be another use for it. It has quite a lot of uses it seems. They could use it for a roadblock too if they wanted, though i doubt they would do that

Not in London, Unmarked cars come are completely random, its not like the US where they will either be Changers, CVPI's, Taurus etc They're actually unmarked vehicles, you cant tell it from a normal car whatso ever

That doesn't look too bad. You could rework the Tail lights and give them these custom LED lights that look pretty nice. Sure it wont be completely stock but might be easier to make
